“Clayton was the best dog sitter I could have asked for! He was always responsive/communicative and truly went above and beyond to take care of my dog. My dog Selma is an anxious girl who takes a while to warm up to people and he gave her all the attention she needed, helping me feel at ease leaving her for two weeks. Will definitely be booking him again. Thank you Clayton!”

5. Nia M.
About: I have extensive experience with caring for dogs. Previously having two old rescues of my own, I completely understand the core values it takes to be an outstanding dog caregiver. The core necessities being, hydration, socialization and compassion. Keeping pets hydrated with fresh cool water in a clean bowl, especially in the heat of the end of summer, is key to keeping them healthy and active! Socialization with both humans and animals alike for household pets adds to their character and personality. Plus, believe it or not, dogs love to make friends just as much as we do! And finally compassion. This word describes how enthusiastic and passionate I am towards loving animals. I feel that if you show our furry companions compassion and love that they will return that to you ten fold. I ensure you that I will care and love your dog as if he/she were my own!

About: Hello, my name is Mahalah and I have owned a lot of pets through my life and they have always been apart of my family. I currently have a sweet senior American pit bul and one energetic mini pincher so I have a lot of experience training and caring for both cats and dogs. My schedule is flexible as I only have a part-time job working in a doggy daycare. I am available on Saturdays and most of the week, let me know what works best and I will move around my schedule to accommodate. I typically like to take long walks with my younger dog to make sure he gets the exercise he needs as I will do with your pups.

“Hugo can be difficult. He is very attached and has big emotions and energy, so I was a little nervous to leave him with someone new for the first time, but Jordan was great! When he decided to try a hunger strike, Jordan hand fed him. He looked like he had some nice play time from the photos Jordan sent.”

About: Hello! I grew up with large dogs and upon moving out from my home have had dogs, fish, and cats ever since. I have cared for large dogs, small dogs, and cats for over 20 years. I currently have three incredibly friendly and easy going dogs, including a remarkable Labrador retriever pup. I am currently retiring from a career in federal law enforcement. I am available most days and nights for your pets care. I understand the importance of pet diets, exercise, and socialization and make it a priority. My home is my pets home. We have a large 1.5 acre invisible fenced in yard surrounded by woods and a long front yard away from the road. The other dogs tend to stick together and my lab puppy learned the yard by just following around our German shorthaired pointer and older mastiff. Any other questions just ask!

18. Erika S.
“I’ve known Erika and her parents since Erika was just 6 years old. She has an unbelievable gift with animals. They trust her immensely and she has such a love for them. Anyone who would trust Erika with their pet must really love them. She has taken care of my pets on various occasions and she’s reliable. I will always trust Erika with my pets. She also volunteers at Seymour Cares in Seymour, there was a ferrel cat named Angie that they were trying to turn into a house cat, Erika was the only human she would trust. She also befriended a senior cat as he approached his last days. She would go to the shelter just to sit with him. She has a beautiful gift and love for animals. I hope you would consider her for your fur baby needs. Thank you”
