“David stayed in our house with our dog and rabbit for a week while we were traveling and I could not recommend someone more highly. He was attentive to the needs of our pets and took my dog out on long walks at the park on a daily basis. He sent us pictures and updates frequently and took excellent care of our house. He took out the trash and even vacuumed our house before we came home! David is a one of a kind sitter who goes above and beyond. I will definitely ask him to come back in the future!”

“Mary was an amazing pet sitter to our dog. She sent photos and videos daily. I could tell by the videos and photos that our dog was very well taken care of while we were away and it took the stress out of traveling, knowing that she was in such good hands. I would definitely have Mary back to pet sit. Highly recommend!”

“Alex was awesome housesitting for us and our two rescues. He was accommodating and has a soothing way about him which is great for the dogs. He administered pills and even hand fed our fussy girl. We are definitely using him again … if he will have us!”

“Great communication about the dogs, she asked good questions and jept in contact throughout. Sending photos and updates. As I haven't left my dogs before it helped me feel less anxious.”

“Took good care of my baby girl and was very patient with her. Andrea sent picture and video updates through out the stay which was greatly appreciated.”

About: Hi, I’m Leah! I’ve spent over 5 years working hands-on with animals, including time as a vet tech and at a dog kennel. I now work remotely and would love to use my extra time to care for and love on your pets while you’re away! I work fully remotely, so I am very flexible as far as walks, visits, or overnights go! Please reach out for a more detailed schedule and availability. I am not able to host your pets currently due to having my own cat, but I am happy to stay at yours to watch your pet.
“Veronica was wonderful! She played with our pup and took her on lots of walks. We got plenty of update photos and videos. She was really respectful of our home and left it very tidy. We’d be happy to have her again!”

“Katie was a wonderful house/dog sitter for our two dogs. They were well cared for and loved while we were away. That was very evident when we came home to two happy and relaxed dogs. It was very clear that Katie spent a great deal of time with them. Such a plus! We really appreciated the updates/photos, and she was so kind to answer all my questions. This was the first time we used Rover. We were very apprehensive and had some trepidation prior to leaving. However, Katie far exceeded my expectations. We’s absolutely have Katie (if she would agree) watch our dogs again. Thank you, Katie! 🐶”

About: Growing up, my household was always filled with pets. These pets ranged from fish, birds, hamsters, cats and of course, dogs. I think we might have had more dogs than any other of the pets listed. There were times when we had three dogs at once. By growing up surrounded by puppies, I learned how to manage my time around taking care and playing with multiple dogs. I still have and care for two dogs. I can tell if they want to play or if they need to go out to do their business. I have so much love for dogs and I will show your dog as much love as I show mine when I am at home. He/She will never feel neglected while in my care.... I am also on wag.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets big and small since I was a kid. I used to work full-time as a dog handler at a dog daycare & boarding facility. I am experienced with caring for animals with special needs and behavioral issues. I know how to do dog baths & nails. I am Dog & Cat first aid/CPR certified. There is nothing I love more than caring for animals! I have very flexible availability. I can adjust my schedule to your needs. I have been incorporating pet care (whether with my pets or others') into my daily schedule for years! I am a very attentive pet sitter. I am very knowledgable of animal behavior and will always attend to your pets needs. I am an excellent communicator and will send pictures of your animal every day you're away from them.
About: I have had my dog, Jazzy, for 12 years! While she is a loving dog, she can be very loud. My family and I have found ways to help her barking, potty trained her, and taught her a few tricks! I have also taken care of her by myself for multiple days at a time. I also have taken care of cats a few times. I’m currently working part-time from 2:30-5 M-F. However, this job ends on June 11th, so the rest of the summer I am free. While I do have a few vacations planned for the summer, I am free most of the time. Aside from the hours I work, I can take care of your pets at any time you need! I will make sure your pet receives a lot of love and attention! Depending on the services required, I will take out your pets multiple times a day! I will also feed your pet when necessary. I love walking, and will make sure to take your pets on nice long walks as well as take them outside to play. If your dog is lazy like mine and doesn’t like walks or playing, I will make sure they also get lots of loving and attention!
About: I have been pet sitting for five years. I would watch pets for vacations, taking them baths, teaching simple command and showing them kindness and friendliness. I can work daily Monday through Friday anytime of the day. I can do weekends as well during the day time. Contact me at any time to ask questions or request, I’ll gladly answer. I have a large fenced in yard. If your fur baby requires taking medication or any special attention, I can be trusted with those responsibilities.
“Bruce is the BEST! He stayed in our home and watched our three dogs while we were away for 5 nights. He took incredible care of everything!!! We knew our dogs would be in good hands when we first met Bruce, and our dogs loved him right away too. He took great care in making sure he understood their daily routine prior to his stay. He sent multiple updates each day, including pictures and videos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. During his stay, we had an issue with the Rover app and Bruce was very patient and understanding while we figured out the issue. He has so many repeat clients and rave reviews for a reason! We highly recommend Bruce for all of your pet sitting needs. Thank you Bruce, we are so appreciative!”
