About: Caring for animals has been a constant part of my life. I grew up in a home that always had two dogs at a time, and before moving out, my family had raised six wonderful dogs together. They will have their own dedicated space in my finished basement office that is clean, hazard-free, and separate from my cats. The space includes a comfortable couch just for them, plenty of room to stretch out, and a calm environment away from household noise. We currently have 3 cats (Waldo, Moxie & Squirt, who was a foster fail) and an 11-year old terrier/chihuahua mix, Trixie. About: I've grew up with dogs and have been responsible for taking care of them, including feeding, walking/running & playing/taking outside, bathing, and more. I have experience giving older dogs medicine, both orally and injections (especially insulin for diabetic dogs). One of my dogs developed hip dysplasia and cancer at her older age, so I am experienced with caring for senior dogs in need of extra attention. Additionally, I often pet sit for family and friends and am trusted to ensure not only their basic needs are met (clean water, food, bathroom breaks/walks), but also they receive attention and affection while their owners are away. I'm currently home for the summer as a college student and I'm unable to get a job with a set schedule because I have surgery coming up which takes a huge chunk out of my summer but I'm available for the entirety of June and first week of July. I can basically be free whenever needed, weekdays and weekends! Since I have cats at my house, I don't care for client's pets in my own home to minimize conflict. In clients homes I follow whatever rules laid out for their animals, ensuring they're fed at the proper intervals, always have clean water (and litter boxes if used). If applicable, I like to go outside with the pets to play with them and make sure they get needed stimulation. I take them on walks (and of course clean up after them), and runs when applicable. I also like to make sure the animals get lots affection (as long as approved by their owners) to make sure they're not lonely while away!

I live for my animals, and will love and treat your babies as if they are my own. Whether it be, nutrition, training issues, safety issues, yard cleanup. Also, have small farm with mini horse and donkey. Ingrid's work with animals is Full time. No staff, you only get her. Being experienced and dependable is what she strives for. She knows the value of having Peace-of mind when you leave your treasured pets in her care. Your pets regular routine is essential. Potty trips, diet and medication will be consistently followed. Some may need a little extra TLC. That's no problem! Keeping them safe and grounded is key.

About: Hello, I’ve been dog sitting for the past 7 years! I’m comfortable with any dog, any size, shape, or personality:) I also have farm experience and am comfortable helping with any other animals! I’m currently taking online classes, perusing my degree in mechanical engineering! In August, I’m moving to Florida to become a Disney Imagineer! I have plenty of free time until I leave to help out with your pets:) I love to swim, paint, and hang out with my little brother during my free time. I am comfortable transporting pets in my vehicle to and from the park, hiking trails, etc. For daily stays, I prefer to stay at the clients home, however am open to caring for pets at my home if needed.

About: Hi, I’m Steph and I am a senior Veterinary Nursing major currently working in practice at as vet assistant in Shelton. Most of our classes have hands-on training and scenarios which translate into real world veterinary skills. I have been in the field for about 6 years now, I started volunteering at a local SPCA and immediately fell in love and knew that I wanted to work with animals forever! During my time as a vet nursing student I have completed courses such as Animal Disease & Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmacology, Parasitology, Radiology, Surgical Nursing and more! I have been able to worked in multiple animal care environments including veterinary hospitals, daycares, and shelters. Caring for animals and being able to help and care for them when other people can’t is truly my passion and what keeps me going in my field of work! All bookings can easily fit around my school schedule. Right now I am only taking a couple courses, so I am very flexible! I prefer to not stay at a clients home full time for days in a row, however again I can be flexible with the circumstances :) I live in an apartment complex that is animal friendly, I am a little OCD so my place is kept pretty tidy. I have a terrier/mix Cooper and a cat Reid who free roam the apartment at all times we have never had to crate either of them, but can if necessary(Also can separate cat if your pet isn’t cat friendly). Both are fed and cooper is walked relatively at the same times everyday, and are up to date on their exams & vaccinations (paperwork available). In other clients home I make it my priority to respect the wishes of the client. I understand everyone has their own way of doings things and that’s completely okay! I always keep my front door locked at home so I am very good at remembering to lock up after I leave.
