About: I have had dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Since I was a kid, I have always taken care of them- making sure they are well-fed always, groomed, happy, and healthy! I currently have a really flexible schedule because I’m home from school and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets! I’m available for overnight stay, drop-ins walks, and daytime care throughout most weekdays and weekends! Your pets safety and comfort are always my top priority! I have a loving dog and 2 kitties at home to keep them comfortable, but if they are more shy I have a large yard I can take them on walks and play in, and can house them in my large bedroom and make sure they are extremely comfortable!

About: Hi! I’m a proud cat mom to three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pets. For boarding services, I host pets at my mom’s home in Shelton, Connecticut, which provides a spacious yard, a calm environment, and one small senior resident dog who mostly sleeps throughout the day. My own apartment, where my cats live, is separate and is not used for boarding.. I have hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, waste pickup, bathing, and administering oral medications. I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, from energetic and playful to shy, anxious, and senior pets who need extra patience and attention. About: Hi, I’m Jessica. My love for animal care started in 2018 when my family rescued our dog, Chase, from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Helping him feel safe, understood, and confident pushed me to learn more about dog body language, temperament, leash behavior, and how to care for each dog based on their needs. I originally entered college as a pre-veterinary Animal Science major and gained hands-on experience with animals, including sheep. I also competed in UConn’s Little I competition and placed second. Later, I shifted toward human medicine and changed my major to Allied Health Sciences on the pre-med track, but my love for animals never left. I also worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for pets in a boarding environment and learned how important routine, safety, patience, and clear instructions are. Dogs are my strongest area, but I also have experience with cats and small animals through feeding and basic care. For pets with more specific needs, I’m very willing to learn and follow your instructions carefully. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. I’m not a professional trainer, but I’m happy to follow the commands and routines you already use. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. I’m usually available during morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks, and I do my best to plan visits in a way that gives each pet enough time, patience, and attention. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible while you’re away. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.

I currently have availability for recurring schedules and temporary visits.* I am willing to care for all breeds, all sizes, and all age ranges and ability levels. I can keep up well with puppies, and I am very patient with senior dogs. I am able to provide food and water, walks or fetch, play time indoors, snuggles/affection, oral medications, and other services upon request. I have experience training dogs as I have trained my own, and I am willing to work with your dog on commands if you are currently training! My schedule is currently very flexible! I am generally available all days of the week and am willing to work around you. In terms of daily routines, I am able to do whatever is needed to ensure your dog is as comfortable as possible, so I will follow any routine they are used to. I am always respectful when I enter a client’s home and will leave it in the same or better condition before leaving. I am happy to clean up any messes if proper supplies are available for me to use. I will only enter necessary spaces to provide care for your pets. I also typically schedule a meet and greet beforehand so that we can decide if I am a good match for your pet and you can show me around.

About: -I have had animals all my life -I’ve cat/dog sat before and it was great! -I love the outdoors so we will definitely take advantage of nice weather -I worked at a pre school for 3 years so I have the patience/experience for different diets and schedules! I work as a waitress part time, but I am free any other time/day! Taking the time out of my day is no problem when I get to take care of your babies! -I cannot care for animals in my home - when I care for pets in the clients home I always leave it clean! -If I am caring for a cat, the litter will always be scooped and off the floor, and I will clean up whatever a dog tracks in after a walk or playtime!

About: I have been a dog owner for 15+ years, and have taken care of friends and families dogs along the way. I come from a family that lives on a farm, so I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, chickens and bunnies all my life! I know how important outside time is, along with play and potty breaks! I am a teacher who has the summer off, so I am around during the day and evenings specifically during the week! I am looking for some walking buddies and extra outside time this summer. I am a responsible and reliable caretaker, I will always use a leash when outdoors at my home, and whatever the comfort level is for your home. There are lots of sidewalks and parks where I live that are dog friendly and I have a front porch where dogs can sit outside with me.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5, did an internship at a doggy daycare, and am always the go-to when friends and family need a pet sitter. I work part time with no long hours, so I’ll be able to hang out with pups nearly all day and feed them/take them outside at appropriate times. I have three dogs that are allowed free roam around the house but are sometimes kept in a big room downstairs with lots of windows and a sliding glass door. About: I have taken care of dogs for years l specialize in pups to grown dogs from dogs who has diets and all l am well trained in the care of any animals I am currently a stay at home mom with full open availability 24 hours 7 days a week as well as over night stays. I am open for long stays if you need to go on vacation or just some time away! Feel free to know your animal will be loved and cared for this is a safe space! I live in a good quit friendly apartment community with a fenced dog yard as well as a dog washing station if needed. I live with 3 kids who all love animals and know as well how to treat and care for them as well we are all trained as a family

About: I’m a mother of 3 children and two fur babies, a Labrador and a tuxedo cat. In addition to caring for my own pets over the years, I have some experience with foster care as well as veterinary assistance. My schedule is flexible as I am a stay at home parent. Daytime is best but I am also available for night check ins and weekends. My pets are very friendly but I will respect the wishes of the pet owner on how much exposure they prefer their pet to have to other people or pets, as well as any other safety concerns they may have. I live on a low traffic cul-de-sac street, ideal for walking.
