About: Hi! I’m Tara, and I’ve been working with animals for over 20 years. My experience includes dog walking, grooming, managing large boarding kennels and dog-walking services, working as a veterinary technician, and leading an emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. Caring for pets has been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally. I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and getting plenty of love while you’re away. I’m happy to provide that extra TLC and make my home feel like their home away from home. ❤️ I have three friendly, short-legged doggos of my own who love having dog friends around, and we’re always happy to welcome another pup into our crew! Your fur kid will be treated like part of the family, with plenty of attention, snuggles, playtime, and care tailored to their individual needs. My veterinary background also means I’m comfortable with senior pets, medications, special needs, and recognizing when something just doesn’t seem quite right. Whether your pet is outgoing and playful or prefers a quieter place to relax, my goal is simple: keep them safe, comfortable, loved, and happy while you’re away. 🐾 I work fulltime at a veterinary ER and speciality center. During the day I separate any house guests and my dogs to keep everyone safe. I have my own friendly dogs at home to make your dog more comfortable. I have experience in veterinary medicine and taking care of pets that have special needs.

About: I have owned a dog my whole life and worked for a large pet sitting service all through out high school and college breaks. I love showering dogs with love and attention, all dogs love my nails and scratches! I was a vet tech in the past. I am available for walks and check in's. I have experience with giving medications, walking with a halti or gentle leader. I am comfortable with dogs of any size and any age. Whether your dog needs a walk outside, to be let in the yard and played with, or just checked in on- I would love to shower your dog with love while you are away from home. About: I have walked numerous dogs. I have gone to homes to feed and clean litter boxes. As well as stayed overnight to take care of dogs and cats. I currently work part time as a bartender and server. I mostly work at night, further leaving me to have the days free. I graduate with my Bachelor degree in May! I also want to incorporate more walking into my health routine! I will take care of your pets with so much care and love like they are my own. I will always abide by any requests or rules given.

About: I got my first puppy at 13—a German Shepherd/Pitbull mix. I trained him in a variety of tricks and commands, and even helped him overcome his fear of cats, which he now loves! Since then, I’ve cared for dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors. I truly love spending time with animals, and I’m especially passionate about training them and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I am currently available every week day after 4 pm as I am working part time and going to school. As for the weekends, I am available anytime! I make sure to not only take care of an animal’s basic needs—like food, water, and exercise—but also ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and secure with me. I always go at their pace and never force interaction, allowing them to come around on their own terms. For dogs, this means providing food, water, exercise (walks and playtime), and of course, plenty of love. For cats, I focus on making sure they feel comfortable, have their food and water, lots of affection, and engaging playtime!

About: I can’t remember a time when a dog wasn’t in my life. I love pups and I can love yours too! Taking dogs on walks and taking care of them throughout the day, I will be able to create a bond and relationship with your pup to give them the stimulate they need throughout the day. I trained my now 7 year old mixed lab, who was not an easy puppy; but through much consistency in training she is a well behaved dog who can walk on leash very well and listen to 10+ commands. I grew up with German Shepherds as well, so plenty of experience with big dogs. In high school, I volunteered over 50 hours at our local animal shelter, finding myself walking dogs, cleaning their kennels, giving them food and doing the 24/7 care for them I’m a current student in university so in between classes throughout the days I am available to give your pooch a nice walk and breeze from the great outdoors. I go at the pace of the dog and always carry poop bags and water in need of rest. I will be sure to give plenty of snuggles and affection to your pup! I can also double leash when walking in case of emergencies if the client wishes.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was 7 years old. I’m comfortable feeding, bathing, walking, etc any type of dog. I go to college locally so I’m very flexible with hours and i’m available to message at anytime. I’m comfortable driving to any town in Fairfield county as well. I have a 4 acre yard that’s partially fenced in. I have multiple leaches and harnesses of various sizes. I have two young dogs of my own who are very friendly. I have dog toys and other supplies as well.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life. I grew up with Rottweilers, so I’m very comfortable around larger dogs and learned from a young age how to properly handle, train, and care for them. Over the years, I’ve also helped care for pets belonging to friends and family. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I understand the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and plenty of attention. I’m a lifelong animal lover and will treat your pet like they’re my own. I currently have a Siamese cat named Skye who is 2 years old, and plan on getting a dog once I have a larger place and yard! I currently work remote, so I am flexible Mon-Thurs during the day/night. Please just provide at least a 1 day notice so I can plan ahead. I always make safety and trust my top priorities when caring for someone’s pet. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and any instructions you provide, including feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any specific house rules. I’m very respectful of both your pet and your home, and I’ll make sure doors, gates, and other areas are secure. I also understand that every pet has a different personality, so I’ll give them the time, patience, and attention they need to feel comfortable with me.

About: Great to meet you! I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals (dogs especially). To fulfill my wish to have a pet, I began volunteering at a local animal shelter and would frequently visit just to spend time with some of the animals and give them some love. There, I was able to learn how to better care for our furry friends, both elderly and young. Being able to play with them was just a bonus for me! While your dog is with me they will have access to a big fenced yard to play in and enjoy. If you'd prefer them to stay in their natural environment, that's fine too! Whatever makes them most comfortable, I'm happy to provide. Every pet's needs & wants are different, which I take the time to acknowledge when caring for them. I love to start our mornings off with a nice hike or walk at my nearby beach, typically about 2 miles. The afternoons will do a shorter walk and have some outdoor playtime. Ultimately, our day will be reflective of what your pups specific needs are. Working from home, your pets will get plenty of time and attention in my care! While boarding, they will have access to roam and play about in a fenced in yard under my supervision. Rest assured, I will take care of your babies as if they were my own. Making sure also to give you daily updates so you know your pup is well cared for!

About: Hi! I have grown up in a household where there were always multiple dogs of many breeds and even some cats. I love the company of pets and the energy I get while around them. I’ve watched over my families pets for years and those of close friends. Can’t wait to have my own home of four legged friends in the future! I have the commitment of school (until June) and a few after school activities but I have a fairly open schedule usually, especially on weekends. I try to always create an environment where my pets feel relaxed and stress free while understanding their needs when they try to communicate them. I will make other pets feel comfortable, excited, and stress free while fulfilling their adventurous nature.
