About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care, patience, and genuine love I bring to every pet I work with. I don’t just “watch” animals—I build trust with them and treat them like my own. My experience as a caregiver has really shaped how attentive and compassionate I am, especially when it comes to understanding different needs and personalities. I make sure doors are secure, hazards are avoided, and your pet is always supervised and safe. I also keep you updated with messages and photos so you feel confident while you’re away. I’m very attentive to behavior and body language, which helps me quickly notice if something feels off. My background as a caregiver has made me especially detail-oriented, patient, and calm in any situation. Cleanliness is also very important to me—I keep feeding areas, litter boxes, and living spaces clean and comfortable at all times. About: I have been a dog owner for 15+ years, and have taken care of friends and families dogs along the way. I come from a family that lives on a farm, so I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, chickens and bunnies all my life! I know how important outside time is, along with play and potty breaks! I am a teacher who has the summer off, so I am around during the day and evenings specifically during the week! I am looking for some walking buddies and extra outside time this summer. I am a responsible and reliable caretaker, I will always use a leash when outdoors at my home, and whatever the comfort level is for your home. There are lots of sidewalks and parks where I live that are dog friendly and I have a front porch where dogs can sit outside with me.

About: Hi! I’m Katie :) I’m a freelance environmental communications consultant with time on her hands and a love of all animals. Previously, I worked on farms caring for chickens and goats as well as two dogs. I love the outdoors and will happily take your dog on walks! I grew up with a Beagle and a Beagle-bloodhound mix and would pet-sit the next-door neighbor's Beagle as well as another neighborhood golden retriever. When walking or petsitting your dog, I'll make sure to give them lots of attention, active play, and follow your dirctions to the T! I'm more than happy to take photos or videos of your dog for you and will provide updates on how they're doing. Due to my love of animals and nature, 10% of profit from each booking is donated to Painted Dogs Conservation, a nonprofit protecting the endangered African Painted Dogs in Zimbabwe. Given my current freelance work, I’m able to spend extended periods of time with your pets. You tell me how often you need your dog walked or checked-in on and I’ll adjust my schedule to accommodate it :) While taking care of your pet, safety is the Number 1 concern. There will be double checks of leashes, no doors opened unless the dog is secure or faraway from it, and regular communication to you to confirm what is going on with your animal.

About: I have had dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Since I was a kid, I have always taken care of them- making sure they are well-fed always, groomed, happy, and healthy! I currently have a really flexible schedule because I’m home from school and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets! I’m available for overnight stay, drop-ins walks, and daytime care throughout most weekdays and weekends! Your pets safety and comfort are always my top priority! I have a loving dog and 2 kitties at home to keep them comfortable, but if they are more shy I have a large yard I can take them on walks and play in, and can house them in my large bedroom and make sure they are extremely comfortable!

About: -I have had animals all my life -I’ve cat/dog sat before and it was great! -I love the outdoors so we will definitely take advantage of nice weather -I worked at a pre school for 3 years so I have the patience/experience for different diets and schedules! I work as a waitress part time, but I am free any other time/day! Taking the time out of my day is no problem when I get to take care of your babies! -I cannot care for animals in my home - when I care for pets in the clients home I always leave it clean! -If I am caring for a cat, the litter will always be scooped and off the floor, and I will clean up whatever a dog tracks in after a walk or playtime!

About: I've loved to cat and dog sit for my neighbors, friends, and extended family since I was young. I'm sensitive to different pets' needs and have always had a way of connecting with more timid and distrustful animals. I also have over 10 years of experience caring for and working with horses, so I'm comfortable with handling larger animals. I’m super outdoorsy so I’m always happy to take your pets out on a hike or little adventure. I used to take my aunt’s dog out to hike, camp, and swim in rivers! About: My experience with dogs spans from dog sitting to working at vet hospitals. I have owned large dogs since I was young this let to me sitting for neighbors and people around town. I have experience with dogs as young as 8 weeks old to seniors who needed a little extra care. My veterinary experience means that I can provide basic medical care if needed. One of my dogs I trained to be my certified emotional support animal for my anxiety on planes. I am currently doing school online and have a lot of spare time on my hands. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.
