Information Katie B. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know the dogs temperment, if they're house-broken, what rules they're expected to follow (i.e. no jumping on furniture), if they're used to going for walks in parks, their favorite toy, and where they're expected to sleep.

A typical day

All dogs can taken for walks in the local neighborhood or a surrounding park and will enjoy lots of time playing with toys and napping on comfy couches (or pet beds).

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m Katie :) I’m a freelance environmental communications consultant with time on her hands and a love of all animals. Previously, I worked on farms caring for chickens and goats as well as two dogs. I love the outdoors and will happily take your dog on walks! I grew up with a Beagle and a Beagle-bloodhound mix and would pet-sit the next-door neighbor's Beagle as well as another neighborhood golden retriever. When walking or petsitting your dog, I'll make sure to give them lots of attention, active play, and follow your dirctions to the T! I'm more than happy to take photos or videos of your dog for you and will provide updates on how they're doing. Due to my love of animals and nature, 10% of profit from each booking is donated to Painted Dogs Conservation, a nonprofit protecting the endangered African Painted Dogs in Zimbabwe.
