About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care, patience, and genuine love I bring to every pet I work with. I don’t just “watch” animals—I build trust with them and treat them like my own. My experience as a caregiver has really shaped how attentive and compassionate I am, especially when it comes to understanding different needs and personalities. I also have fostering experience, which has taught me how to work with pets who may be anxious, shy, or adjusting to new environments. Because of that, I’m very comfortable helping animals feel safe and supported. I have experience caring for both puppies and senior pets. With puppies, I can help reinforce basic training, routines, and positive behaviors. With senior pets, I’m extra gentle, patient, and attentive to things like mobility, medications, and comfort. I am unavailable mondays and Wednesdays but available all day on Saturday and Sunday. I can work after 4:30pm on Tuesday Thursday and Friday :) Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in your home or stopping by for visits, I do everything I can to make the experience feel calm, consistent, and stress-free. In your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and playtime. I make sure doors are secure, hazards are avoided, and your pet is always supervised and safe. I also keep you updated with messages and photos so you feel confident while you’re away. I’m very attentive to behavior and body language, which helps me quickly notice if something feels off. My background as a caregiver has made me especially detail-oriented, patient, and calm in any situation. Cleanliness is also very important to me—I keep feeding areas, litter boxes, and living spaces clean and comfortable at all times. Overall, I aim to create a safe, loving environment where your pet feels relaxed and cared for, and where you can have complete peace of mind.

About: I have had dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Since I was a kid, I have always taken care of them- making sure they are well-fed always, groomed, happy, and healthy! I currently have a really flexible schedule because I’m home from school and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets! About: I have been a dog owner for 15+ years, and have taken care of friends and families dogs along the way. I come from a family that lives on a farm, so I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, chickens and bunnies all my life! I know how important outside time is, along with play and potty breaks! I am a teacher who has the summer off, so I am around during the day and evenings specifically during the week! I am looking for some walking buddies and extra outside time this summer. I am a responsible and reliable caretaker, I will always use a leash when outdoors at my home, and whatever the comfort level is for your home. There are lots of sidewalks and parks where I live that are dog friendly and I have a front porch where dogs can sit outside with me.

About: I have grown up with large dogs (Dobermans, Pitties, Mastiffs) my entire life. I have been rescuing Pitties for over 20yrs and am currently on my fourth rescue. I am experienced with medication administration, special needs and, all ages of dogs from newborn to senior. I have an hour lunch break and, am free after 3pm daily and, all day every other wknd! I care for my 3 pets and can't wait to get home and see them! I work 7-3 most days but, my dog is yard trained so, can be let out multiple times when I am not at home. Once I do get home, we head out for a walk and then, its dinner time! All of my animals are allowed on my furniture and, choose who's bed they sleep in each night!

About: Hi, I’m Jessica. My love for animal care started in 2018 when my family rescued our dog, Chase, from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Helping him feel safe, understood, and confident pushed me to learn more about dog body language, temperament, leash behavior, and how to care for each dog based on their needs. I originally entered college as a pre-veterinary Animal Science major and gained hands-on experience with animals, including sheep. I also competed in UConn’s Little I competition and placed second. Later, I shifted toward human medicine and changed my major to Allied Health Sciences on the pre-med track, but my love for animals never left. I also worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for pets in a boarding environment and learned how important routine, safety, patience, and clear instructions are. Dogs are my strongest area, but I also have experience with cats and small animals through feeding and basic care. For pets with more specific needs, I’m very willing to learn and follow your instructions carefully. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. I’m not a professional trainer, but I’m happy to follow the commands and routines you already use. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. I’m usually available during morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks, and I do my best to plan visits in a way that gives each pet enough time, patience, and attention. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible while you’re away. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I've loved to cat and dog sit for my neighbors, friends, and extended family since I was young. I'm sensitive to different pets' needs and have always had a way of connecting with more timid and distrustful animals. I also have over 10 years of experience caring for and working with horses, so I'm comfortable with handling larger animals. I’m super outdoorsy so I’m always happy to take your pets out on a hike or little adventure. I used to take my aunt’s dog out to hike, camp, and swim in rivers! I’ve just graduated from college, so I have a completely open schedule! I’ll be able to go on walks multiple times a day, hang out and play in the house, and give them all the attention they need. I won’t be having your pets stay in my house, but I’m comfortable coming into your living space and accommodating your pets in their home environment. About: -I have had animals all my life -I’ve cat/dog sat before and it was great! -I love the outdoors so we will definitely take advantage of nice weather -I worked at a pre school for 3 years so I have the patience/experience for different diets and schedules! I work as a waitress part time, but I am free any other time/day! Taking the time out of my day is no problem when I get to take care of your babies! -I cannot care for animals in my home - when I care for pets in the clients home I always leave it clean! -If I am caring for a cat, the litter will always be scooped and off the floor, and I will clean up whatever a dog tracks in after a walk or playtime!

About: I've grew up with dogs and have been responsible for taking care of them, including feeding, walking/running & playing/taking outside, bathing, and more. I have experience giving older dogs medicine, both orally and injections (especially insulin for diabetic dogs). One of my dogs developed hip dysplasia and cancer at her older age, so I am experienced with caring for senior dogs in need of extra attention. Additionally, I often pet sit for family and friends and am trusted to ensure not only their basic needs are met (clean water, food, bathroom breaks/walks), but also they receive attention and affection while their owners are away. I'm currently home for the summer as a college student and I'm unable to get a job with a set schedule because I have surgery coming up which takes a huge chunk out of my summer but I'm available for the entirety of June and first week of July. I can basically be free whenever needed, weekdays and weekends! Since I have cats at my house, I don't care for client's pets in my own home to minimize conflict. In clients homes I follow whatever rules laid out for their animals, ensuring they're fed at the proper intervals, always have clean water (and litter boxes if used). If applicable, I like to go outside with the pets to play with them and make sure they get needed stimulation. I take them on walks (and of course clean up after them), and runs when applicable. I also like to make sure the animals get lots affection (as long as approved by their owners) to make sure they're not lonely while away!

About: Hi! I’m Katie :) I’m a freelance environmental communications consultant with time on her hands and a love of all animals. Previously, I worked on farms caring for chickens and goats as well as two dogs. I love the outdoors and will happily take your dog on walks! I grew up with a Beagle and a Beagle-bloodhound mix and would pet-sit the next-door neighbor's Beagle as well as another neighborhood golden retriever. When walking or petsitting your dog, I'll make sure to give them lots of attention, active play, and follow your dirctions to the T! I'm more than happy to take photos or videos of your dog for you and will provide updates on how they're doing. Due to my love of animals and nature, 10% of profit from each booking is donated to Painted Dogs Conservation, a nonprofit protecting the endangered African Painted Dogs in Zimbabwe. Given my current freelance work, I’m able to spend extended periods of time with your pets. You tell me how often you need your dog walked or checked-in on and I’ll adjust my schedule to accommodate it :) While taking care of your pet, safety is the Number 1 concern. There will be double checks of leashes, no doors opened unless the dog is secure or faraway from it, and regular communication to you to confirm what is going on with your animal.

About: My experience with dogs spans from dog sitting to working at vet hospitals. I have owned large dogs since I was young this let to me sitting for neighbors and people around town. I have experience with dogs as young as 8 weeks old to seniors who needed a little extra care. My veterinary experience means that I can provide basic medical care if needed. I will take care of your pet as if it was my own! I am currently a college student looking for a way to work with animals while at school. I am fairly flexible with time as my classes are spread out which is conducive to visiting during the day as well as dog walking if needed. It also means I’m available on most weekends and open to staying at the house with your pet. I am looking to provide the best care to you and your pet! About: I'm an enthusiastic overnight pet sitter who loves to make pets feel at ease and have fun while their humans are away! I have always been around animals and adopted a dog as soon as I was able. Since she passed away I'm always looking for ways to play with pets. For the active pups, I'm always up for a game of fetch or an adventurous trail walk, giving them the exercise they need to stay happy and healthy. For the more laid-back ones, I’m more than happy to provide some gentle snuggles and quiet companionship. Every pet is different, and I truly enjoy getting to know their unique personalities and preferences. Your furry friend will enjoy plenty of attention, a safe environment, and lots of love while you're away. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I do what I can to make their stay as fun and comforting as possible! I'm also happy and available to take dogs on walks or potty breaks during the day. I'm currently spending some time with my family in the east coast, but have lots of flexibility for daytime or overnight care. Although I ideally have a couple days notice, I can also make last-minute needs work. Its very important for me to establish trust with dogs prior to an overnight stay, and we can do that at their own pace by taking a calm walk or using treat rewards. While in your home I'll make sure to follow any safety rules and be very aware of doors, making sure dogs are always leashed before opening them (I had a dog that liked to take off for a while so am very vigilant about this!). If your dog has challenges with other animals, I can always make sure they have space on walks and play. I provide hands-on care with belly rubs and ear scratches to keep dogs calm and happy. I can handle oral medications and am happy to provide daily updates with photos :)
