About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m going to college in September, so I’m not available for long term arrangements that go past summer. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.

About: I’ve taken care of elderly dogs that required medication multiple times a day, reactive dogs, and very large dogs. I don’t mind working with challenging dogs. I’m currently in school to be a vet tech so I will be unavailable wednesdays. Other than that I have an open schedule. Prefer 1 week notice. I can do whatever the client needs including walking, feeding, administering meds (including topicals and injectibles) and I have absolutely no problem playing with your pup all day.

About: My name is Katiana Thoby and I have been dog sitting since 2017. I am able to watch your cute pets any time of the week (unless the day is marked off)! You will love my patience, kindness, and affection towards the dog. I've watched my friends' dogs before and learned how to work with them and take care of them properly. I enjoyed playing some games like fetch and running around with them. Since my parents don't like animals, I can't have my own dog. I may accommodate some last minute bookings if I am available the whole stay period. Most of the time, they stay indoors and I attend to them as much as possible! About: Although most of my formal rescue work has been with cats, dogs have always been part of my life too. I adopted my Shiba Inu in 2019, and caring for him as he’s aged has given me real-world experience with senior dog needs. He’s now 11+ with a heart condition that requires medication twice a day, and I handle all of his care — nail trims, baths, daily walks, and occasional vet‑prescribed injections for arthritis. He’s taught me so much about patience, routine, and gentle medical handling. Beyond my own dog, I’ve helped care for many dogs belonging to friends and family, each with their own personality and quirks. I’ve worked with a loud, high-energy Red Heeler; several bold little “Napoleon” Chihuahuas; a nervous, skeptical Dachshund; a giant, gentle German Shepherd; multiple Boston Terriers; a super-smart, high-energy Poodle/Yorkie mix; and a regal Doberman Pinscher. These dogs have given me hands-on experience with everything from anxious and spicy temperaments to confident, goofy, or highly intelligent behavior. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs — playing fetch, going for long walks, or even tackling a strenuous hike. Having a good dog as a companion makes those moments even better. I may be a cat specialist by profession, but I’m a dedicated dog owner by heart, and I bring that same love, attentiveness, and adaptability to every dog I look after. Every day I take care of my own personal and foster animals (cats and 1 dog) and then start making my rounds to feed the local feral colonies. Pet care is my life, not just my routine. There isn't a day that goes by where I am not caring for animals. I will happily comply with my client's instructions about the routine for their pet. I am comfortable giving treats, playing, petting, going on walks/hikes/car rides, feeding, brushing, and crating.
