“Nadine and Daniel did an excellent job caring for our dog for 9 days. Daily updates with photos. Asked permission before making any changes to his daily routine. Deployed his bed, carrier and blanket around their home to give him a choice of comfort locations. Flexible as to time of pickup and drop-off. Could not have been happier with their service. And most important, our dog seemed comfortable while he was there. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and friendly place to leave their dog.”

About: I've never lived without a cat, and I have a lot of experience caring for different types of cats, whether kittens, elderly, sick, street cats, etc. My old cat had cancer and gut problems towards the last year of her life and I got very familiar with giving oral medicine, enemas, and potty proofing areas. Additionally, I've dealt with diabetic cats and am more than comfortable to administer insulin injections as I am Type 1 Diabetic myself and have plenty of experience.

“We left our beloved cat in Sarah’s care for 5 days. She came to the house every day to take care of him. We loved getting the daily photos and updates. Sarah is very professional and reliable and we would definitely book her again if we go away.”

About: I have owned and cared for cats for most of my life, giving me a deep understanding of their unique personalities and needs. I am experienced in administering medications, maintaining clean litter boxes, and creating calm, enriching environments. I respect each cat’s boundaries while providing attentive, compassionate care that ensures they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.
“Erika was absolutely amazing to board my diabetic senior cat with. He loved her and her family so much, and warmed up to them even though he prefers his alone time, it was like a mini vacation for him! I 100% will be contacting Erika again for future stays, she was extremely patient, caring, understanding and on top of everything you would hope for in a pet sitter. Thank you so much again for taking such good care of my boy!”

About: I’ve raised and trained two cats from very different backgrounds, including a former stray from Texas. I’ve taught both to sit, walk on a harness and leash, and ride calmly in the car. I’m patient, attentive, and understand how to read cat behavior to keep them happy and stress free.

About: I have experience caring for cats through kennel work and basic pet care, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter areas, and following owner routines. I know cats all have different personalities, so I never force interaction. If your cat is social, I’m happy to give them attention, playtime, and company. If they are shy or slower to warm up, I’m comfortable giving them space and letting them come to me when they’re ready. Before caring for your cat, I’d love to know their feeding schedule, litter routine, favorite hiding spots, toys, medical needs, and how they usually act around new people. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep their routine as normal as possible, and send clear updates so you know they’re safe and cared for.
About: Hi! My name is Katharine, and I’m currently a social work student working toward my bachelor’s degree with a passion for helping others, which includes animals! I’ve always loved being around pets and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, and caring to look after them. I’ve owned my dog for the past 10 years, which has given me hands-on experience with daily pet care, routines, exercise, and providing lots of love and attention. I also regularly dog sit and cat sit for my neighbors, so I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, needs, and routines. I’m currently a college student out for the summer, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have open availability 7 days a week. I’m able to be flexible with walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, and playtime to meet each pet’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, playtime, and any house rules or routines your pet is used to. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and supervision while keeping the home clean and respectful. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away.

About: I am a grad student and can be very flexible with scheduling. Where I live currently does not permit animals so I have all the more love and attention to give to your furry friends. I grew up with a dog of my own for many years and now have several recurring families I pet sit for. I love running in nice weather and would be thrilled to bring your pets along. If your fur baby is a little older and doesn't have as much energy I am just as happy to lounge in the sun and spend some relaxing quality time with them. As a grad student with classes at night or online I have very flexible availability and plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I do not currently offer boarding or sitting at my residence. However, I always follow owner instructions regarding proper crating, harness use, and the pets' comfort level around people and other animals.
About: I've grew up with dogs and have been responsible for taking care of them, including feeding, walking/running & playing/taking outside, bathing, and more. I have experience giving older dogs medicine, both orally and injections (especially insulin for diabetic dogs). One of my dogs developed hip dysplasia and cancer at her older age, so I am experienced with caring for senior dogs in need of extra attention. Additionally, I often pet sit for family and friends and am trusted to ensure not only their basic needs are met (clean water, food, bathroom breaks/walks), but also they receive attention and affection while their owners are away. I'm currently home for the summer as a college student and I'm unable to get a job with a set schedule because I have surgery coming up which takes a huge chunk out of my summer but I'm available for the entirety of June and first week of July. I can basically be free whenever needed, weekdays and weekends! Since I have cats at my house, I don't care for client's pets in my own home to minimize conflict. In clients homes I follow whatever rules laid out for their animals, ensuring they're fed at the proper intervals, always have clean water (and litter boxes if used). If applicable, I like to go outside with the pets to play with them and make sure they get needed stimulation. I take them on walks (and of course clean up after them), and runs when applicable. I also like to make sure the animals get lots affection (as long as approved by their owners) to make sure they're not lonely while away!
About: Hello! My name is Danny! I've been an animal caregiver for 10 years since I was in high school and during my time in college. Currently have a full time job, but I don't mind taking care of your dog or cats on the side! Doesn't matter of they're as small as a Chihuahua or as big as a lab, I've taken care of a good fair share, and don't mind giving them attention at home, feeding them, playing with them, taking them to the public park, or even to take them out to the nearest dog park for some real exercise and social interaction (if the dogs are ok with being in cars of course). All I ask is to be notified at least a week in advance, and some basic information on the dog or cat so that I don't feed them wrong snacks or food, or over stress when playing (dogs and cats have limits. Best to know what so I don't trigger anything, y'know) I will say that since I am a full-time worker right now, my available days usually go for Thursdays or Saturdays, but if you need more time, be sure to communicate with me 3 weeks in advance so I can request those times off. If all that is ok with you, then be sure to email or text me with your information! I'd say call, but I don't trust phone calls anymore. Too many robo calls. So texting or emailing is a must! Thank you for reading! Hope to hear from you soon! -Danny At the moment, I am working full-time at my current job, and only. ntend to do this job as a part time position. I am available for full day services on Thursdays and Saturdays, but if you need more, be sure to let me know about 3 weeks in advance so I can schedule the time off. I work under the clients rule set if any. No one knows their animals better than them, and as such knowing the animals taste of food, playtime or style of play is very important to me. They're not all the same, and need to be treated accordingly so they can be as happy and safe as possible. If they require walks around the block, that's fine by me! If they enjoy playtime outside, I'm in! And if they love going to the dog park to have some real exercise and to socialize, I love trips and love to see them happy! Communication is key, and if there's any change that is necessary, I'm just a text away.
“Theresa is AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond for my Molly and keeps in touch for each stay. I will continue to use her as long as she can! I would highly recommend her for any of your dogs needs. She is very reliable and trustworthy to stay at your home without any worries at all. Thank you so much for peace of mind Theresa! :)”

About: Hi, I’m Jessica. My love for animal care started in 2018 when my family rescued our dog, Chase, from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Helping him feel safe, understood, and confident pushed me to learn more about dog body language, temperament, leash behavior, and how to care for each dog based on their needs. I originally entered college as a pre-veterinary Animal Science major and gained hands-on experience with animals, including sheep. I also competed in UConn’s Little I competition and placed second. Later, I shifted toward human medicine and changed my major to Allied Health Sciences on the pre-med track, but my love for animals never left. I also worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for pets in a boarding environment and learned how important routine, safety, patience, and clear instructions are. Dogs are my strongest area, but I also have experience with cats and small animals through feeding and basic care. For pets with more specific needs, I’m very willing to learn and follow your instructions carefully. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. I’m not a professional trainer, but I’m happy to follow the commands and routines you already use. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. I’m usually available during morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks, and I do my best to plan visits in a way that gives each pet enough time, patience, and attention. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible while you’re away. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I have been a dog owner for 15+ years, and have taken care of friends and families dogs along the way. I come from a family that lives on a farm, so I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, chickens and bunnies all my life! I know how important outside time is, along with play and potty breaks! I am a teacher who has the summer off, so I am around during the day and evenings specifically during the week! I am looking for some walking buddies and extra outside time this summer. I am a responsible and reliable caretaker, I will always use a leash when outdoors at my home, and whatever the comfort level is for your home. There are lots of sidewalks and parks where I live that are dog friendly and I have a front porch where dogs can sit outside with me.

About: Hi! I’m a proud cat mom to three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pets. My own apartment, where my cats live, is separate and is not used for boarding.. I have hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, waste pickup, bathing, and administering oral medications. I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, from energetic and playful to shy, anxious, and senior pets who need extra patience and attention. When caring for your pet, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I know every pet is different, and I take the time to learn their habits, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. I also love to keep you constantly updated with photos/videos. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I’m happy to provide the care they need. Safety is always my top priority. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to create a safe, loving, and stress free experience for both pets and their owners. “We left our Bernese Mountain Dog with Kara for a week and a half and had so much peace of mind knowing he was being loved as much as we love him. Kara was great and sent us many pictures and updates throughout our time away. I have to say, our doggie looked like he was smiling in all of the pictures...I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home :) I highly recommend Kara to love your pets in your absence!”

“My dog’s first time staying with Mariana. She came back happy, clearly receiving enough care and stimulation. I was sent plenty of pictures and updates, and did not worry while my dog was in the care of a new sitter.”

“Cassandra & Nolan took excellent care of my Rosie girl while I was on a day trip to NYC. Frequent walks, cuddles, playtime, and plenty of photo updates. She enjoyed taking part in their holiday celebration! I will definitely book them again next time I'm in CT.”

“Stefanie was great with my dog Daisy! I was happy to receive daily updates and Daisy looked like she was having a great time :) she even made a cat friend! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her for a long weekend.”

“Another great stay with Valerie! This is my 9 month old, Pointer puppy's second overnight stay. Valerie is very flexible with drop off & pick up times. My puppy was able to play with other dogs & had exercise even with the frigid temperatures. I also received photos & an update about how things were going!”

“Thank you SO MUCH Yajaira for taking such great care of Jack and Mya; you are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! You put me at ease and they were so well taken care of. Your kindness, professionalism, care, empathy, courtesy and understanding was greatly appreciated. You are a great sitter and a great person.”

“Saori has been so patient and caring with our Pomsky puppy. Since we work from home, I was concerned he wasn’t socializing enough and of course he has lots of energy. Daycare with Saori will be a big help in our journey together. We got really lucky finding her right from the start.”

About: I have had dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Since I was a kid, I have always taken care of them- making sure they are well-fed always, groomed, happy, and healthy! I currently have a really flexible schedule because I’m home from school and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets! I’m available for overnight stay, drop-ins walks, and daytime care throughout most weekdays and weekends! Your pets safety and comfort are always my top priority! I have a loving dog and 2 kitties at home to keep them comfortable, but if they are more shy I have a large yard I can take them on walks and play in, and can house them in my large bedroom and make sure they are extremely comfortable!
“Christopher was kind enough to take my pup on fairly short notice, which I so appreciate. He was friendly, a good communicator, and sent me updates/photos of my dog every day. I can tell Molly enjoyed her stay and I plan to bring her again on my next trip.”
