About: I grew up with three dogs, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. I’m comfortable around dogs of all kinds and happy to learn your pup’s personality, routine, and individual needs. Whether we’re walking, playing, visiting the dog park, or simply spending time together, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I don’t currently have a dog of my own since we live in a condo, but having one again is definitely in my future! I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for pets through Rover part-time. Depending on your location, I’m usually available as early as noon, with even more flexibility after 3 PM. For dog walking, I’ll make sure your pup gets a safe, enjoyable walk based on their usual routine, energy level, and needs. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have, including preferred routes, walking pace, feeding or water needs, and how they interact with other dogs. I’ll give them plenty of attention, exercise, and care while we’re together.

About: Unfortunately my current apartment doesn’t allow me to have a pet. My prior family dog, the sweetest lab ever recently passed so now I would love to help other owners and to be around other dogs or animals! I work off hours for my patients. I have availability on weekends and mornings before I go in or in the evening after I get out. I am very active and go on walks multiple times per day anyways. If your dog is looking for exercise while you are away, I think I would be a great fit.

“We had to leave our goldendoodle for three days while out of state. She had not been left alone since being boarded at our vet 4 years ago, so we had concerns. Heather was wonderful! She came to our house twice before we left to learn our dog's habits and become familiar with her. Heather stayed at our home during our time away. She followed our dog's schedule to perfection (feeding time, potty time, nap time, bed time, play time, etc.). The day after our return, our dog was looking around for Heather. Heather also updated us regularly, including photos. I would recommend her highly, and hope to use her again.”

I currently care for 3 dogs at my home, one of whom is a large breed, and trained her from a stubborn attitude (Anatolian Shepherd-Great Pyrenees mix).
