Katie spoke with us on the phone and was able to assure us she could meet all of Bugsy’s needs. Bugsy is an older dog, so she can be a handful sometimes. But she seemed so well taken care of with Katie. Katie sent photos and updates of Bugsy. She worked with our schedule for drop off and pick up. Overall Bugsy came back happy and in good spirits. I felt great picking her up and feel confident she was well taken care of during our trip.”
“Maizie's stay with Claudia represented one of the first times we've ever left her for an extended time, and it sounds like she experienced some initial separation anxiety. However, my sense is that Claudia knew well how to deal with that, and Maizie did, indeed, adjust to her surroundings rather quickly after a day or so. While we were gone, Claudia often sent us photos and updates so we'd know Maizie was doing well, and she even indicated on the day before our return that Maizie was looking forward to seeing us (which I certainly hoped would be the case, but didn't really know would be so true until I arrived to pick her up!) Bottom line is that I would heartily endorse Claudia and happily use her services again when we need to leave town for our next vacation.”

She sent a bunch of videos which were much appreciated, and showed Ruth was having a great time with her dogs and other visitors.
