Yi Jia has been so great with Moxi. We had just moved here and feel really lucky we found her. She always makes sure Moxi is comfortable when we drop her off, and Moxi gets so excited every time she sees her. We can tell she loves hanging out at Yi Jia’s house. She’s also super responsive and sends us updates, which we really appreciate. One time we had a last minute emergency and needed Moxi to stay an extra day, and Yi Jia was so kind and flexible about it. It’s really nice knowing Moxi is happy and in good hands with her.
Gaileen took wonderful care of our dog while we were out of the country for two weeks. When you're that far away, it's hard not to be a little nervous about your pup. But Gaileen sent daily updates and pictures and took Indiana on lots of adventures. We could see that she was having a fun time and felt very comfortable in Gaileen's home. Nicholas and Mary Ellen were more than wonderful! Right from our initial meeting them both we knew we'd have a great experience with them! They were very attentive with our dog at the meet and great, and so very understanding of our dog's needs. We were at ease right away. And our dog took to them and their home immediately...she just seemed very comfortable with them and in their home. By the end of the meet and great we knew this would be a great match, and we felt confident leaving our dog with them. (We have a senior dog with some special needs who we adopted 2 years ago, and we're always a little nervous leaving her hoping she doesn't think she's been left again.) Upon picking up our dog we could tell she had been both well loved and well taken care of, and we felt that Nicholas and Mary Ellen really enjoyed their time with our dog. We will most definitely use Nicholas and Mary Ellen again!

Noelle is absolutely wonderful! She’s kind, sweet, and genuinely cares for my dog. She’s also very accommodating since my dog needs medication, and she took the time to ask questions, understand his needs, and reassure me with her experience caring for dogs with seizures. Her dog, Fetti,gets along well with mine. As soon as we pull up, Milo gets excited and can’t wait to run out of the car which is a telltale sign he likes being there. He also loves playing with her kids. He gets lots of attention and affection for sure.
