About: Having grown up with a dog and a cat and a hamster, my love of furry friends started young! I sat for neighbors for years and then began sitting for families whose kids I taught swim lessons at the town pool. I went to college pre-vet and worked at a vet’s office for several years before getting into restaurant work. Now I’m looking to get back to my animal-loving roots and can’t wait to make your best friend’s day! Cats, dogs, horses, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits and many others are all creatures I’ve comfortably cared for short or long term. I can check on, feed, play with or administer medications (including injections) to all your pets. As an avid reader, I’m also happy to just sit home with your shy friends so they aren’t alone in the house, even if they’d rather not come out to play! I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember - basically, if it has fur, fins, wings, or whiskers, I'm a fan. Mondays through Thursdays: AM & PM visits before and after work, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Ridgefield. Fridays: AM & PM visit, sometimes can do a lunchtime visit if in Shelton, overnight stays. Saturdays and Sundays: Flexible, 3 visits a day, and overnight stays. Safety is my #1 priority - ensuring your pets feel secure and comfortable. My goal is to provide a stress-free, trustworthy experience which is why I only accept bookings I can confidently handle based on each pet's needs and my experience. During my visits: - I respect your space and follow all care instructions and house rules. - I ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure. Doors are opened with extreme caution. - I ensure they have access to everything they need and their water dishes are full. - For cats, even if they sometimes goes outside, they must be and remain inside for the entirety of my visit. I will ensure their litter boxes are cleaned. - For dogs, there will be double checks of leashes, collars, and/or harnesses.

About: I've taken care of a neighbors dog by giving them walks, playtime, and monitoring their water and food while the family was on vacation. I'm a college student and will be back in late May from school and will be in Fairfield CT until early August when I go back to school. About: I am a young teen with a lot of time on her hands and I already work at doggy daycare, giving me experience with big dogs and small dogs especially dogs that can be reactive. Every animal should be loved and treated the same way! Charlie also sent frequent photo updates and communicated with us consistently, which gave us real peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely use Charlie again.
Madalys is amazing, so appreciative of her. She stayed in our home while I was overseas, and I felt so comfortable with her in our home and she was wonderful with our fur babies. She was always on time and communicated well, sent us pictures while we were gone as well. Highly recommend and will definitely will use her again.
Cailyn came to our home and watched our puppy for a day. She was wonderful to work with, my wife and I really appreciated how she came once earlier in the week to do a meet and greet. Cailyn sent us plenty of photos through out the day and followed the schedule and details we provided her.
