About: I’ve been welcoming other people’s dogs into my home for more than 20 years. It started because I knew firsthand how hard it was to leave my own dog when I traveled. I wanted there to be another option for people like me—people who couldn’t imagine leaving their dog in a kennel but also weren’t comfortable having someone stay in their home. What began as something I offered to friends became something I genuinely love doing. There’s something very special about watching a dog arrive in an unfamiliar place, helping them settle in and trust me, and eventually seeing them stretched out on the couch or curled up beside me as though they’ve always lived here. I still miss them when they go home. I board dogs from only one family at a time because I want their stay to feel less like boarding and more like their own vacation. While they’re here, they live with me as part of my household. I work from home and structure my days around them, so they have plenty of companionship and frequent access to my fully fenced yard. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from very small dogs to dogs over 100 lbs, as well as puppies and seniors. They’re welcome on my furniture and, if they sleep with their people at home, they’re welcome to sleep with me. I don’t routinely crate dogs, but I’ll maintain a dog’s crate routine if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home. I require a Meet & Greet before accepting a new dog because I want your dog to be comfortable with me, my home and my dog—and I want you to feel completely comfortable leaving them with me. After more than 20 years, the reason I do this hasn’t changed. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is enjoying theirs, too—living in a home, getting affection and companionship, and being cared for by someone who understands just how much they mean to you. While your dog is in my care, I structure my days around them. I work from home, have my groceries delivered and generally don’t schedule activities that require me to leave them alone. There’s no rigid boarding schedule here—their normal routine becomes part of mine. Whether they want to follow me around the house, nap beside me while I work, play, cuddle or head into the fenced yard, they have companionship throughout the day. While your dog is with me, I treat them as one of my own, with the same love, attention and care I give my own dog. Before a dog stays with me for the first time, I require a Meet & Greet with my dog so we can make sure they’re comfortable together before you leave your dog in my care. I board dogs from only one family at a time, so there aren’t unfamiliar boarding dogs constantly coming and going. My yard is fully fenced, and while your dog is here, I follow your instructions for feeding, medications and normal routines. I don’t crate dogs unless their family specifically requires it as part of their normal routine.

About: Pets been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am a real dog mom and my family and I have been first priority for friends and family when a dog, rabbit or another pet were in need of a home away from home. We love animals. I am pretty flexible with my schedule and can usually move things around. (And if I can’t go my daughter at 16 will be happy to be there for you and your pet.) Our own garden is fenced all around and is a great playground for all dogs. I love to bring your dog here doing the day or I’ll just stay in your home with your pet.

About: I was a Poodle Dog breeder and was Registered with the American Kennel Club. I was an owner of 2 beautiful poodles for 18 years that were my babies. About: I’ve taken care of family and friends pets for free for years, everything from small cats to large pit bulls. I’m a genuine pet lover but due to travel have been unable to have my own so I love the opportunity to help others with their furry companions. I currently work part-time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and take care of your pets. I work mostly in the mornings 3-4 days a week. I will not be boarding pets, however in my home we have a fenced in yard that we allow our dogs to play around in under supervision a few times a day and then he is taken on leashed walks at least twice a day.
About: I travel to different homes to take care of dogs. I have fed them. gave them walks, and ultimately give them the love that they deserved. I have taken care of small dogs. Medium dogs. Dogs who were sick. I am a teacher, so I use the weekends and holidays to give people the help they need. Usually, I go over to the owner's home and care for them. Sometimes the owner drops the dog off to me, and I will take it from there. Whatever their preferences, I will work with them. I have the puppy pads set up, refill their food bowls and their water bowls. Pet them. Walk them. Play with them. Give them the love and affections that they deserve.

You will love my patience, kindness, and affection towards the dog. I've watched my friends' dogs before and learned how to work with them and take care of them properly. About: I’ve been welcoming other people’s dogs into my home for more than 20 years. It started because I knew firsthand how hard it was to leave my own dog when I traveled. I wanted there to be another option for people like me—people who couldn’t imagine leaving their dog in a kennel but also weren’t comfortable having someone stay in their home. What began as something I offered to friends became something I genuinely love doing. There’s something very special about watching a dog arrive in an unfamiliar place, helping them settle in and trust me, and eventually seeing them stretched out on the couch or curled up beside me as though they’ve always lived here. I still miss them when they go home. I board dogs from only one family at a time because I want their stay to feel less like boarding and more like their own vacation. While they’re here, they live with me as part of my household. I work from home and structure my days around them, so they have plenty of companionship and frequent access to my fully fenced yard. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from very small dogs to dogs over 100 lbs, as well as puppies and seniors. They’re welcome on my furniture and, if they sleep with their people at home, they’re welcome to sleep with me. I don’t routinely crate dogs, but I’ll maintain a dog’s crate routine if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home. I require a Meet & Greet before accepting a new dog because I want your dog to be comfortable with me, my home and my dog—and I want you to feel completely comfortable leaving them with me. After more than 20 years, the reason I do this hasn’t changed. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is enjoying theirs, too—living in a home, getting affection and companionship, and being cared for by someone who understands just how much they mean to you. While your dog is in my care, I structure my days around them. I work from home, have my groceries delivered and generally don’t schedule activities that require me to leave them alone. There’s no rigid boarding schedule here—their normal routine becomes part of mine. Whether they want to follow me around the house, nap beside me while I work, play, cuddle or head into the fenced yard, they have companionship throughout the day. While your dog is with me, I treat them as one of my own, with the same love, attention and care I give my own dog. Before a dog stays with me for the first time, I require a Meet & Greet with my dog so we can make sure they’re comfortable together before you leave your dog in my care. I board dogs from only one family at a time, so there aren’t unfamiliar boarding dogs constantly coming and going. My yard is fully fenced, and while your dog is here, I follow your instructions for feeding, medications and normal routines. I don’t crate dogs unless their family specifically requires it as part of their normal routine.

About: Pets been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am a real dog mom and my family and I have been first priority for friends and family when a dog, rabbit or another pet were in need of a home away from home. We love animals. I am pretty flexible with my schedule and can usually move things around. (And if I can’t go my daughter at 16 will be happy to be there for you and your pet.) About: Hi! Previous dog owner of almost 15 years. My lil-guy recently passed away this summer. Not only am I taking care of your dog but I would also love the hours with your dog to bond, go for walks, take nature trails, play fetch, and ultimately create memories with your dog. Being a former dog owner who also use to have to board my dog at times I FULLY understand how much of a vulnerable position this is to be in and can ensure trust, reliability, and daily pictures of your fur ball lol. I live on private property and there is a huge dog park literally right across the street from me. Any other questions feel free to shoot me a message. I currently work from home and pop out sometimes for errands. However, if your dog is able I can always bring them along. Sometimes I do work outside of the home just depends on the week. I would of course be transparent with you and see if our availability works and the needs of your dogs regarding potty breaks or if he/she suffers with separation anxiety. I follow the lead of whatever clients might share is the routine at home. I aim for 3 walks per day (morning, noon, night). Depending on the weather and if trained off-leash we can go across the street to the open field/nature hike. I'll be affectionate and attentive and treat your dog as if it were my own.

About: I have been working with animals since high school and through the years have become a veterinary technician (although now I’m a manager at a vet hospital and don’t get to work as hands on with animals). I can provide some fun and love while you are away from your pet as well as provide basic medical care if necessary! I have also worked for 10+ years as an animal trainer (marine mammals, to rhinos, to dogs and cats!). I’d be happy to also help with any training questions or issues you might have. There’s nothing I love more than seeing a happy dog smile and seeing the love in their eyes or to make a cat feel comfortable enough to get cozy in my lap. I’m more available for evenings, overnight sitting, or weekends rather than drop ins due to my work schedule. However, if your location is close enough, I’m sure I could squeeze in a quick midday visit for some love and bathroom break! I work Monday-Thursday 830-530 but live close by and can easily come home for mid-day bathroom breaks. Mornings would consist of feeds and outside play time. Evenings would consist of walks and/or outside play time, feeds, and hanging out. The overnight routine will depend on the what my pet guest needs - do they need to be crated or kept separate or would they prefer to sleep on the bed! My own pets are extremely flexible and tolerant so we can easily cater to our pet guests. In my home, I would stick to their normal routine as much as possible (feeding times, bathroom break times, walks, etc.). I have a spacious, fully fenced backyard so there would be plenty of time to get some exercise in the mornings and afternoons. If my pet guest likes to play with dogs, then there will be a lot of play time with my own pup, and if not, then there will be space available to give everyone a break if needed.
