About: I got my first cat when I was 8 years old after my sister left for college—I unofficially adopted her, lol. Her name was Star, and I had her for 12 years before eventually getting my first dog. She really shaped my early love for animals and taught me how special the bond with a cat can be. Years later, my sister now has two Bengal cats, Chloe and Leo, and I’ve basically become her go-to pet sitter whenever she travels for work. Through all of this, I’ve really come to understand cats and their unique personalities. I appreciate how independent and sometimes a little aloof they can be, but I also deeply respect their need for affection and connection on their own terms. I don’t fall into the stigma of people disliking cats—I know every cat is different and should never be judged as a whole.
“Liv took care of our two cats over a period of 6 days. This was the first time we used her and she was wonderful. She came over twice before we left going over what was required and to give our older cat his medication (ear cream) so that she was sure she was doing it correctly. She looked after our home, bringing in the newspaper and mail and checking for "hairball" events and cleaning up if necessary. She also made sure to send us pictures and videos on each visit. Liv is a very conscientious person who clearly loves animals and wants to make them comfortable and happy. She even regularly brushed our older kitty which he loves. I would recommend her to anyone who needs cat sitting while they are away.”

About: I was raised around both cats and dogs and still take care of many today. I had to drop them off without a meet and greet because I was only in town for one day. The first day they stay with someone new, they usually don’t eat.
