About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m going to college in September, so I’m not available for long term arrangements that go past summer. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.

It’s all about the animals with me! I would love to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood, or perhaps drive them to a close by favorite walking area. Some dogs have invisible fence collars, and need to be driven off the property, or they live on busy streets, that are not safe streets to walk on. I can drive them to a quiet side street or a park, if you prefer. You can request a feeding, if you would like, and I could do a quick scan of the house for any unexpected accidents, and clean them up for you. I can do drop-in visit (15 minutes), or a full 30 minute walk or play in the yard. More time can be requested, if necessary. For cat care, I can clean the litter boxes, feed your cat/refresh their water, and play or cuddle with them. I can also take a quick scan of the house for messes for them also.

About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my life - from little Boston Terriers to German Shepards and Beagles. I am open to caring for any type of dog. I am available to walk your dog anytime from 11 a.m - 7 p,m. Monday through Friday. I am flexible in terms of my hours. I will take your dog for a nice walk! About: I have had dogs, cats, puppies in my life since I was born. I have had the pleasure of training all types of dogs in many different areas. When I was younger my family used to always take trips up to Marthas Vineyard, we always had to leave our dogs at a kennel which we realized later on was not the best thing to do for our dogs. Emotionally/mentally we could tell it had taken a toll on them, so we started leaving them home with Pet Sitters. That was the best decision we had made. I want to be able to provide the same love and care that our pet sitters have provided in the past, but for your pet! Im currently working privately as a Personal Trainer and a Hypnotherapist Practitioner so my schedule is quite flexible. I also offer Reiki for both people and pets (Dogs, Cats, Horses)!!! I don’t typically board pets but would be willing to work with someone if the situation was right. I am also willing and able to crate your pet if thats something you do in your home!
