8. Athena M.

“Athena was very responsive and friendly from the very first interaction, I am so happy I reached out to her. She was incredibly flexible and patient with my 2 dogs. One dog is a newly diabetic senior and the other is an anxious mess and Athena was able to manage both with tremendous care. She truly went above and beyond and followed all instructions, I would definitely book again. Thank you!”

9. Delphine J.

“We had a great experience with Delphine! We were able to meet her in person and she instantly had a connection with Rosie. We have full confidence in Delphine and look forward to booking her again. Thanks!”

10. Dew G.
“Dew cared for my 5 ducks over the Christmas holiday for over a week, which involved feeding and moving the ducks between their locked coop in the morning and evening to their outdoor pen during the day. While I was gone, several states away, there was an issue with our water supply for the ducks for a day, and Dew was resourceful in making sure the ducks were watered. Due to low temperatures in the morning, the water could turn to ice overnight and needed to be melted - usually this could be done with water from my house, but there was emergency water work being done in my neighborhood while I was gone. We kept in good communication, and Dew brought hot water to our house to make sure the ducks could get water for the day. I appreciate that she went above and beyond!”

11. Kimberly L.

“My dog boarded at Kimberly’s. She was very professional and took great care of my dog! Will defiantly use next time I am out of town.”

12. Laura K.
“I strongly recommend Laura to care for your pet(s). Not only is she my mother, but is a mom to our five cats and two dogs at home - quite the zoo! Unfortunately, one of our precious doggies has recently passed; he was a silver pug that sustained an accident at 4-years old, leaving him paralyzed in his hind legs. Laura was determined to give him the best quality of life possible, ensuring to make the best decisions on his behalf. The time and money needed to invest in caring for a paralyzed pet is abundant, but she never hesitated. She learned to express his bladder, clear his bowels, became an expert in wound care, and was constantly brainstorming ideas to make his life easier. Not to mention, we have a diabetic cat that requires a strict schedule of insulin twice a day and blood glucose checks throughout. She dedicates most of her time towards caring for our pets, and would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies as well. Not only is Laura very capable, but she has an incredibly big heart; I trust her wholeheartedly and could not recommend enough!”

13. Lakeisha D.
About: Since childhood, I’ve owned multiple dog breeds, cats, rabbits, and birds. I have experience in working with many different sized animals, many different breeds, and animals that can be more challenging. I volunteer in an animal assisted therapy program that caters to children with special needs, in addition to my career as a hairstylist. 🐶 🦮 🐾 I will be caring for your animals in your home, walking them outside in your neighborhood, or at a local park if you’re comfortable. I’m currently unable to care for or board any other animals in my own home.

14. Emily C.

“Emily is a very pet friendly person. She took the time to come to house and learn about Baileys needs and preferences and was timely, helped me figure out Ro er process and successfully accomplished visit while we were away and followed up. Recommend her.”

15. Josh E.
“Josh has been a responsible dog owner for many years. Even as a child he would take part in the care and work needed to properly keep a dog happy and healthy and he would care for any dog in the same way as his own. He loves all animals and is great with cats, but has a special place in his heart for dogs. I have seen him be gentle and caring towards all animals and just as patient when necessary too. He is able to cater to the needs of all typed of pets and will take the best care of any animal.”

20. Jayna S.
About: I grew up in a dog-centric household, however I have taken care of my own dogs for the past 19 years. For the last 8 years, I've had the opportunity to foster dogs through different organizations, as well. It has been an extremely rewarding and educational experience with regards to learning about a multitude of different dogs and how best to deal with different dog personalities and what their mannerisms indicate. The foster dogs that I cared for ranged from puppies to senior dogs and included numerous different breeds. I've had dogs that were incredibly easy, as well as ones that were particularly difficult and high maintenance. These experiences have made me open to taking care of all types of dogs; I'm happy to help administer medicine, eye drops, insulin injections, etc. I've experienced it all! My schedule is flexible because I'm currently based from my home. This basically means that I'm available to provide care in whatever capacity needed beginning from late morning until the evening and any day that's necessary. I have two dogs of my own and my day heavily incorporates them into it. I made a concerted effort to do the same thing whenever I took care of foster dogs. Whenever a dog is my responsibility I make a point of giving them the care and attention that they require. I'm available to walk any pup beginning from late morning into the evening, including multiple times a day. I currently live in a house with 3 acres and a huge back yard with forest surrounding it, so it is not fenced. However, I'm more than happy to walk your dog if there's a fear that they will run into the forest. If there is a situation where your pup gets along with mine then it would be fine for them to hang out with us during the day if that's preferred for some company. Otherwise, we are able to separate my dogs and keep them upstairs while I care for your pup downstairs. I'm also open to dog-sitting for anyone going on vacation! Our house is set up to accommodate dogs visiting and staying due to my previous fostering, which is how I came to have my two current dogs. Also, I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement to teach dogs acceptable behavior and manners, so no punishments that may traumatize or hurt the pup!
