About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 11 (various animals, and breeds)! I’ve grown up with dogs and I’ve always had multiple in my home. I have experience taking care of guinea pigs, cats, dogs, fish, but specifically puppies, and senior dogs. I am a college student that’s working part-time over the summer. However, my day-to-day schedule is extremely flexible and I am at home for a majority of my workday. I have a large backyard that is fenced in, and a very mellow old lab who can either keep your pet company or be crated if needed!

About: I have had a dog since I was in the 5th grade and have helped raise it since. Within the past 2 years, I took her to college with me for a month each year and had the best time with her. My former college roommate also got a puppy sophomore year (I lived with her sophomore-senior year), so I have helped raise him, and also watch/take care of him when my roommate is busy. My neighbors have also relied on me to take care of their dog when they are away. I really want to get more professional experience in handling dogs more so I'm able to work at dog and animal shelters/places! Currently, I’m completely available in the summer! I begin graduate school in September, but have no time constraints in the meanwhile, asides from when I’m away. In my home, I treat my pet like she's my child/baby and make sure that all of her needs are met always. I will do the same for my client's pets, as well as making sure the home is treated with the utmost respect. I truly love animals and would be happy to care for any dog.

I have been walking dogs and taking care of pets during the day for 17 years now, and I spend my evenings drawing and painting pets for commissions as a pet portrait artist. It’s all about the animals with me! I would love to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood, or perhaps drive them to a close by favorite walking area. Some dogs have invisible fence collars, and need to be driven off the property, or they live on busy streets, that are not safe streets to walk on. I can drive them to a quiet side street or a park, if you prefer. You can request a feeding, if you would like, and I could do a quick scan of the house for any unexpected accidents, and clean them up for you. I can do drop-in visit (15 minutes), or a full 30 minute walk or play in the yard. More time can be requested, if necessary. For cat care, I can clean the litter boxes, feed your cat/refresh their water, and play or cuddle with them. I can also take a quick scan of the house for messes for them also.

About: I've grown up with a variety of animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and farm animals. Although I have little experience with pet sitting, I'm very comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats. I'm currently working 2 part-time jobs as a barista, however I'm super flexible as my work schedule changes from week to week. Besides that I like to go to the gym and spend time with my chickens as much as I can. Around that I still have plenty of free time to start pet sitting. I love spending time and playing with pets, so a lot of what I would do is keep your pet company and engage with them as much as I can. With dogs I would play fetch outside if possible and with cats I would run them around with whatever toys they have. As well as, making sure the animals have enough food / water and keeping their home as clean as possible.

About: Our business has been booming with referrals and friends/family requests. Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

About: I grew up in a dog-centric household, however I have taken care of my own dogs for the past 19 years. For the last 8 years, I've had the opportunity to foster dogs through different organizations, as well. It has been an extremely rewarding and educational experience with regards to learning about a multitude of different dogs and how best to deal with different dog personalities and what their mannerisms indicate. The foster dogs that I cared for ranged from puppies to senior dogs and included numerous different breeds. I've had dogs that were incredibly easy, as well as ones that were particularly difficult and high maintenance. These experiences have made me open to taking care of all types of dogs; I'm happy to help administer medicine, eye drops, insulin injections, etc. I've experienced it all! My schedule is flexible because I'm currently based from my home. This basically means that I'm available to provide care in whatever capacity needed beginning from late morning until the evening and any day Whenever a dog is my responsibility I make a point of giving them the care and attention that they require. I'm available to walk any pup beginning from late morning into the evening, including multiple times a day. I currently live in a house with 3 acres and a huge back yard with forest surrounding it, so it is not fenced. However, I'm more than happy to walk your dog if there's a fear that they will run into the forest. I'm also open to dog-sitting for anyone going on vacation! Our house is set up to accommodate dogs visiting and staying due to my previous fostering, which is how I came to have my two current dogs. Also, I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement to teach dogs acceptable behavior and manners, so no punishments that may traumatize or hurt the pup!

We’ve both spent our entire lives around dogs of all breeds and personalities — from energetic puppies to mellow seniors. As nurses, we’re detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure — qualities that carry over perfectly into pet care. Whether your dog needs a walking buddy, or just some extra love and attention while you’re away, we’ll treat them like one of our own. We currently are the pet parents to two very active and sweet rescue pups, Roy and Annabelle. We also have experience with caring for dogs with medical needs and senior care as our first dog together, Shawn, crossed over the rainbow bridge in the fall of 2024 after 11 years with us. Please note our overnight rate includes walks. While not available during weekdays, due to our work schedules, we would be happy to provide evening walks on weekdays, and overnight care and walking services on weekends, holidays, and school break time. We coordinate our shifts so that dogs are never left alone for long periods. This makes us a great fit for pets who prefer extra companionship or need more frequent potty breaks and attention. As lifelong dog owners and medical professionals, we bring both compassion and reliability to pet care. We know how important trust and communication are — we’ll send regular updates, photos, and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands. About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m going to college in September, so I’m not available for long term arrangements that go past summer. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.
