About: Our pets are a very special part of our families. They each have their own quirks and personalities, and they all bring so much love and joy to our lives. I will meet your pet’s needs, and spend time with them in the way they like the most. I have been a dog walker and pet care provider for 17 years now, and I still love my job! Each pet that I meet makes me smile. I like to think that I am able to give some of the happiness these animals bring to me, back to them. Over my 17 years of being a pet care provider, I have had experience with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages -from puppies to seniors. I am fully insured. I am willing to work with your pup on basic training, or put them in my car, for a short drive to a favorite walking area. If you need me to feed your dog or cat, please let me know. I can also spend time playing or cuddling with your dog or cat. When I am not enjoying the company of pets, I am drawing or painting pet portraits for commissions. I look forward to meeting your special pet. I will give them the activity, affection, and attention that is right for them. I am dependable, professional and most of all, caring. You can count on me to take good care of your pet, and you can feel confident, knowing that your pet is in exceptional hands, when you are not able to take care of them yourself. I have been walking dogs and taking care of pets during the day for 17 years now, and I spend my evenings drawing and painting pets for commissions as a pet portrait artist. It’s all about the animals with me! I would love to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood, or perhaps drive them to a close by favorite walking area. Some dogs have invisible fence collars, and need to be driven off the property, or they live on busy streets, that are not safe streets to walk on. I can drive them to a quiet side street or a park, if you prefer. You can request a feeding, if you would like, and I could do a quick scan of the house for any unexpected accidents, and clean them up for you. I can do drop-in visit (15 minutes), or a full 30 minute walk or play in the yard. More time can be requested, if necessary. For cat care, I can clean the litter boxes, feed your cat/refresh their water, and play or cuddle with them. I can also take a quick scan of the house for messes for them also.

About: I have had dogs, cats, puppies in my life since I was born. I have had the pleasure of training all types of dogs in many different areas. When I was younger my family used to always take trips up to Marthas Vineyard, we always had to leave our dogs at a kennel which we realized later on was not the best thing to do for our dogs. Emotionally/mentally we could tell it had taken a toll on them, so we started leaving them home with Pet Sitters. That was the best decision we had made. I want to be able to provide the same love and care that our pet sitters have provided in the past, but for your pet! Im currently working privately as a Personal Trainer and a Hypnotherapist Practitioner so my schedule is quite flexible. I also offer Reiki for both people and pets (Dogs, Cats, Horses)!!! I don’t typically board pets but would be willing to work with someone if the situation was right. I am also willing and able to crate your pet if thats something you do in your home!

About: Our business has been booming with referrals and friends/family requests. Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

I’m a college student spending the summer at home, so my hours are pretty flexible, and I’m more than happy to work around my client’s schedules. When doing drop-in visits, I typically feed your pet first before completing any additional tasks you need taken care of (grooming, cleaning, scooping litter boxes, etc.). Once your pets are done eating, I can give them up to an hour of play/social time before i leave, depending on how much energy they tend to have.

I have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, from bouncy puppies who want to play nonstop to seniors who prefer a slower pace and extra TLC. Long walks, playtime, and one-on-one attention are my favorite parts of the job, and since I work from home, your dog will never be left alone or bored. I’m great at reading animal cues, keeping routines consistent, and making pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved, basically treating them like my own. Important to note that during house sitting in the pet owner’s home, my dogs stay at home with my fiance (unless they are requested by owners for a play date) so I can still watch your pup if they’re better while not around other dogs! I work from home and I have two acres of property - your pet will not not be alone and can play with my two dogs! I care for pets by treating them like part of the household, whether they’re in my home or theirs. I stick closely to their normal routines, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and downtime, so they feel comfortable and secure. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and attention through walks, play sessions, and lots of interaction throughout the day. Since I work from home, pets are rarely alone and always supervised. I’m attentive to individual needs, whether that’s extra play for high-energy dogs, gentle care for seniors, or patience and consistency for puppies. I also keep pet parents updated with messages and photos so they always know their pet is happy, safe, and having a great time.
