About: Our pets are a very special part of our families. They each have their own quirks and personalities, and they all bring so much love and joy to our lives. I will meet your pet’s needs, and spend time with them in the way they like the most. I have been a dog walker and pet care provider for 17 years now, and I still love my job! Each pet that I meet makes me smile. I like to think that I am able to give some of the happiness these animals bring to me, back to them. Over my 17 years of being a pet care provider, I have had experience with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages -from puppies to seniors. I am fully insured. I am willing to work with your pup on basic training, or put them in my car, for a short drive to a favorite walking area. If you need me to feed your dog or cat, please let me know. I can also spend time playing or cuddling with your dog or cat. When I am not enjoying the company of pets, I am drawing or painting pet portraits for commissions. You can count on me to take good care of your pet, and you can feel confident, knowing that your pet is in exceptional hands, when you are not able to take care of them yourself. I have been walking dogs and taking care of pets during the day for 17 years now, and I spend my evenings drawing and painting pets for commissions as a pet portrait artist. It’s all about the animals with me! I would love to come to your home and walk your dog in your neighborhood, or perhaps drive them to a close by favorite walking area. Some dogs have invisible fence collars, and need to be driven off the property, or they live on busy streets, that are not safe streets to walk on. I can drive them to a quiet side street or a park, if you prefer. You can request a feeding, if you would like, and I could do a quick scan of the house for any unexpected accidents, and clean them up for you. I can do drop-in visit (15 minutes), or a full 30 minute walk or play in the yard. More time can be requested, if necessary. For cat care, I can clean the litter boxes, feed your cat/refresh their water, and play or cuddle with them. I can also take a quick scan of the house for messes for them also.

About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.

About: I've grown up with a variety of animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and farm animals. Although I've only pet sit a little, I'm very comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats. I'm currently working 2 part-time jobs as a barista, however I'm super flexible as my work schedule changes from week to week. Besides that I like to go to the gym and spend time with my chickens as much as I can. Around that I still have plenty of free time to start pet sitting. I love spending time and playing with pets, so a lot of what I would do is keep your pet company and engage with them as much as I can. With dogs I would play fetch outside if possible and with cats I would run them around with whatever toys they have. As well as, making sure the animals have enough food / water and keeping their home as clean as possible.

About: With over 6 years of experience working in veterinary hospitals and over 10 years of caring for pets, your babies will be in great hands. I have 2 large dogs, 3 cats, and a snake! I have also fostered various other individuals over the years (including a mama with 7 kittens and a geriatric pitbull.) I am experienced in administering medication, as well as basic injections such as VetSulin. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out! I hope to meet you and your fur (or furless) babies soon! I just moved to Ridgefield from Orlando, so my schedule is completely open for your pet care needs! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own, and am excited to add your pets routine into my schedule. I am happy to stay the whole day at your home or make multiple visits throughout the day. About: I have had dogs, cats, puppies in my life since I was born. I have had the pleasure of training all types of dogs in many different areas. When I was younger my family used to always take trips up to Marthas Vineyard, we always had to leave our dogs at a kennel which we realized later on was not the best thing to do for our dogs. Emotionally/mentally we could tell it had taken a toll on them, so we started leaving them home with Pet Sitters. That was the best decision we had made. I want to be able to provide the same love and care that our pet sitters have provided in the past, but for your pet! Im currently working privately as a Personal Trainer and a Hypnotherapist Practitioner so my schedule is quite flexible. I also offer Reiki for both people and pets (Dogs, Cats, Horses)!!! I don’t typically board pets but would be willing to work with someone if the situation was right. I am also willing and able to crate your pet if thats something you do in your home!

About: I have taken care of friends and family pets over the course of this year some long-term and some short term. Frequent dog park visits and timely feedings. I can accommodate all types of diets, raw kibble, and specialty foods. I currently work full-time however I have a rotating schedule so I can often pet sit and drop in weekdays if needed and weekends. I am off in the mornings so drop and visits are easy for people who work 9 to 5 and just want their dog to have some extra time out or to just check in on the cats. There is an option of having your pet here in my space all to themselves or with my personal pets. I have different options of sleeping accommodations for your pet cage, cot and cushioned. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I have a dog park in my complex as well as a dog park 4 minutes away by car. I can accommodate all diets, including raw diet.

I have a large, grassy yard for pets to play in; I keep an extremely close watch on them when they are outside; I play with them too and make sure they have fun! I usually let them out multiple times a day for however long I can be out there with them. Indoors, I have cozy couches, bean bags, and dog beds for all pets. I have a variety of food and healthy/dental treats. I know of plenty of walking trails and dog parks near me.

About: Our business has been booming with referrals and friends/family requests. Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.
