About: Hi all! I just recently graduated from Bates college and am looking to pet sit! I’ve been taking care of family dogs and cats my whole life, but have been pet sitting for others for about 10 years now. I am looking to go back to school in the future to get my doctorate in physical therapy, but in the meantime I’ll be home throughout this school year! I currently am working part time as a physical therapy aide. I am free on both weekdays and weekends, I just ask that you contact me in advance! On Mondays I work 2-7, and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, I work 7am-12pm. I can stay in your home to pet sit, or I can make frequent stops to feed them, play with them, and take them out to use the bathroom! I am available for one day gigs or for long term!

Since I offer only In-House Sitting, Drop-In Visits, and walk services, your pets will receive 1-on-1 attention without leaving the comfort of their familiar surroundings. My priority is maintaining their daily routine while keeping your home secure and your pets safe. With every visit, I will provide consistent photo updates and detailed reports after each drop-in/day! Flexible, personalized pet care (drop-ins & sitting): Regardless of whether it's a quick 30-minute stop-in for food, meds, play, and potty breaks, or an overnight stay, I adapt entirely to your pet’s individual needs and routine. I strive to keep homes tidy, secure, and maintained, reducing travel stress for everyone and helping pets feel their best! Outdoor Safety: During walks and outdoor breaks, safety is paramount- I practice attentive situational awareness and strive to maintain large distances from any off-leash dogs, as well as ensuring your pet is safely and securely harnessed/leashed. Overall Safety Precautions: From my rescue experience, animals are curious!- In this, I ensure all doors, gates, and deadbolts are latched securely during every entry and exit, double-check that food and medications are sealed out of reach, as well as keeping a watchful eye out for subtle changes in pet health or behavior. Home Maintenance/Overall Peace of Mind: During house sits and drop-ins, I am happy to bring in mail, water plants, keep your living spaces spotless, or help with any other tasks.

About: Our business has been booming with referrals and friends/family requests. Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover is a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

About: I have had dogs and cats of my own and I have also worked in an animal hospital and done some wildlife rescue and of course pet carei I am looking to assist with your pets to make it easier for you and your schedule and vacations or weekend trips or check ins. I currently have a job that I work remotely also. My complex does not allow dogs and that's unfortunate so I was hoping I can assist at your home with whatever details you provide me with.

“Carlie is FABULOUS! She had quality visits with my two dogs, and provided thorough, insightful honest feedback about how each was doing. One is an elder requiring heart meds. He showed some signs of stress on one of her visits which she described to a T. She had the good judgement to give him a pee and poo break but forego the walk with him. Next visit he was great. Based upon her feedback I felt completely confident that they were in the best possible hands. Carlie is a vet tech, and this added skill/ experience was obvious in how she handled things. About: I enjoy walking a lot, hiking, being very active in general I take caring for animals. I am Olivia, I am 27 and just moved to Connecticut from NY with my husband. I have done animal care for years. I have a cat of my own who is 15, he is an odd ball, very skittish and has help me gain an understanding of how to care for cats. During my cat sitting visits, I will first say the cat's name/names and see if they seem interested in interacting with me. I will ignore them if they seem shy or until they decide they would like to interact with me. I will feed them, clean the litter and whatever else is asked of me for housesitting or care. I have extensive childcare experience with plenty of references upon request, to show my ability to care for people as well as animals. I am looking for this as part time employment as I nanny 3 days a week, so I will be free to provide the best possible care. I recently came back from being a nanny in The Netherlands for 2 years. In regards to my own pets, I keep a consistent feeding and walking schedule, for their sake and so I get used to stay consistent in keeping my dog healthy with plenty of walks and hiking. I like to greet my animals early with cuddles and pets, mid to late day I and my cat will sometimes play with a feather toy or laser. My dog like to dance with me and play tug of war or just run together in the field by the end of my road. In regards to your animals, I make sure to follow the instructions carefully and pay great attention to details. If in your home, I will always make sure to take off my shoes, not make any messes, respect your personal things, and treat your sweet babies as if they were my own! (and play/care for your animals in a way you and them prefer it best)
