“My dog just went through a few stressful events that has made him very anxious around strangers but he was very comfortable with Joe. We did a meet and greet before booking he did not show signs of anxiousness; in fact he took to Joe immediately licking him on his face. Joe then watched him all day on back to back days over the weekend which went very well. My dog was relaxed all day and did not have any issues. Joe is very flexible, priced extremely reasonable and I look forward to using him again in the future.”

I take time to build trust at their pace, especially with shy or anxious pets, and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive to details like fresh water, clean feeding areas, and keeping their environment tidy. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I have watched over my three dogs alone for multiple weeks at a time over the course of several years and I have watched my neighbor’s dogs multiple times I am home for the summer so I have a lot of free time to spare. I’m also knowledgeable about animals body language and behavior, which play a huge role in working with reactive, fearful, or under-socialized pets. I’m a college student spending the summer at home, so my hours are pretty flexible, and I’m more than happy to work around my client’s schedules. When doing drop-in visits, I typically feed your pet first before completing any additional tasks you need taken care of (grooming, cleaning, scooping litter boxes, etc.). Once your pets are done eating, I can give them up to an hour of play/social time before i leave, depending on how much energy they tend to have.
