Outdoor Safety: During walks and outdoor breaks, safety is paramount- I practice attentive situational awareness and strive to maintain large distances from any off-leash dogs, as well as ensuring your pet is safely and securely harnessed/leashed. Overall Safety Precautions: From my rescue experience, animals are curious!- In this, I ensure all doors, gates, and deadbolts are latched securely during every entry and exit, double-check that food and medications are sealed out of reach, as well as keeping a watchful eye out for subtle changes in pet health or behavior. Home Maintenance/Overall Peace of Mind: During house sits and drop-ins, I am happy to bring in mail, water plants, keep your living spaces spotless, or help with any other tasks.

About: I've grown up with a variety of animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and farm animals. Although I have little experience with pet sitting, I'm very comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats. I'm currently working 2 part-time jobs as a barista, however I'm super flexible as my work schedule changes from week to week. Besides that I like to go to the gym and spend time with my chickens as much as I can. Around that I still have plenty of free time to start pet sitting. I love spending time and playing with pets, so a lot of what I would do is keep your pet company and engage with them as much as I can. With dogs I would play fetch outside if possible and with cats I would run them around with whatever toys they have. As well as, making sure the animals have enough food / water and keeping their home as clean as possible.

About: I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs and cats: big or small. I’m super active and love hiking and walking. I own a lovely Cockapoo, a Siberian cat and have two kids. I’m reliable, communicative and responsible. I’ve been working from home and I’m up early to take my dog for a run. Early mornings and weekend requests are no problem. I have a super flexible schedule and in case of conflicts, I can also reach out and offer my college aged daughter, to cover so you don’t have to worry about finding another provider when I’m away. I provide updates on your pet card for your easy of mind. I do this work with my daughters simply because we love pets. We had many clients in Westchester, and just moved to CT.
