“We have just returned from a three day getaway, and Nicole stayed with our dog Buster. She is excellent! This was our first time leaving our dog for more than one night and I had a lot of anxiety about it. Nicole took wonderful care of Buster! She was in touch shortly after we left, with photos and an update. This continued throughout our trip. Nicole was easy to reach and always happy to give me some news about Buster. When we returned, Buster was very relaxed and happy. In addition, our house was so clean and neat! Now that we know Nicole, we are confident about booking more trips, knowing that Buster has a great caregiver!”

I have an immense love for Dogs, an instant connection with them, and a deep passion for caring for animals. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old and picked out the cutest black Lab/ border Collie mix named Memphis. Growing up with dogs and living with dogs has been such an important part of my life. My Mom even says I love dogs more than her! Friends have trusted me to take their dogs on walks, house-sit and just go over for some play-time. I'm currently working part-time on my next venture and can work from anywhere! About: I’m an avid animal lover and have been caring for pets since I was 6 years old. I grew up with three dogs and a cat and was always actively involved in their daily care, from walks, feedings, to playtime, and vet visits. I currently have two dogs who live in Florida with my parents, since moving to Connecticut for work I don’t get to see them as often as I’d like. That’s a big reason I’m excited to dog and cat sit — I truly miss having animals around and the joy they bring. I treat every fur baby like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away! I work a full time hybrid job with no requirement for being in office and also have half days on Fridays. If I need to be in office, I have an hour lunch break to allow for potty breaks and can flex my time to best accommodate your fur baby. If your pet is more comfortable staying at your house, I can drop by to let them out or stay over if that’s your preference. Whatever makes you and your fur babies the most comfortable. My roommate has a 1 year old Maltese Pomeranian named Dune, who is house trained and very sociable. There are space within my apartment where I can crate your pet away from my roommate Dune or I have space to have them roam if you prefer. I love to play around with animals if they like to play or I can hang around and read my books. Here to make your time away as stress free as possible.

I never felt worried or anxious about how the pups were doing and always felt confident that she had things under control which is saying something since one of my dogs in particular is an older pup that’s pretty difficult. Carmen has to administer pills, give eye drops, and prepare specific meals and did all of it perfectly. I’m so grateful for her help and the great care she took of my pups!”

About: I’ve been primary caretaker of our family’s dogs for the past 25 years and our latest lab passed away a year ago. Rather than get a new dog, I’ve decided to become a dog sitter and I am very interested in caring for your dog with the same love that I have given to my dogs. I miss walking my dog, and getting out in the neighborhood in all weather. I primarily work at home and love having a dog by my side. I work from home and I’m available to care for your dog, including frequent walk breaks. I love having a dog by my side while working. I am happy to crate your dog if preferred. But typically the dog has the full roam of the house. I like to keep the dog on the leash and I’m available to walk frequently.

“If I could do more stars I would. We just came back from 12 days vacation in Europe and I asked Lovely to babysit the dogs and the house. As everyone knows biggest travel concern, at least for us is leaving the dogs. She was phenomenal. She kept us updated, took care of the house and dogs in a crazy storm that hit our town while we were gone. Every communication helped put any fears I had to rest. Every company needs people who represents the vision they portray. Lovely does that to perfection. Lovely, thank you, thank you , thank you for everything. You’re 5+ stars. Zero reservations in using Lovely the next time we travel. Just hope she’s available!!!”
