About: I love all pets. I’ve taken care of over seven different dogs ranging from 8 weeks old to 15+. I’ve administered medication orally and topical long walks and assistance after medical procedures. About: For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter with my mother. I completed my senior internship there and now volunteer on my own. In my time at the shelter, I’ve gained lots of dog walking experience, especially with young puppies. I’m familiar with shelter training techniques and with cleaning and sanitation. I have two dogs of my own, one of which is a difficult walker. I know how most types of dog harnesses work. My internship involved spending time in the cat room, during which time I worked with cats of all temperaments. I don’t currently work in an official capacity and don’t play any sports, so I’m free pretty much all the time aside from my volunteer work. I’m used to animals with a wide range of play styles. I have a dog that loves to play fetch and go for swims, and I live near a large trail system, so I’m most familiar with those forms of enrichment. I have a minivan and can drive dogs to dog parks, trails, and fields.

About: I have been called Dr. Dolittle my entire life. I have a knack for connecting with animals of all kinds. My very first job was working at a local farm with all different types of animals like horses, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, etc. It was one of my favorite jobs, I got lucky! I also worked at a dog boarding facility which gave me experience working with multiple dogs at once. I always give animals the space to have their specific personality and the respect they deserve, as I would treat a human. Animals are often misunderstood, I’ve always tried to meet them where they stand. If there is one thing I am confident in, it’s making an animal feel safe and comfortable. About: I've grown up with a variety of animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and farm animals. Although I've only pet sit a little, I'm very comfortable with all kinds of dogs and cats. I'm currently working 2 part-time jobs as a barista, however I'm super flexible as my work schedule changes from week to week. Besides that I like to go to the gym and spend time with my chickens as much as I can. Around that I still have plenty of free time to start pet sitting. I love spending time and playing with pets, so a lot of what I would do is keep your pet company and engage with them as much as I can. With dogs I would play fetch outside if possible and with cats I would run them around with whatever toys they have. As well as, making sure the animals have enough food / water and keeping their home as clean as possible.
