This was a very different setting for my pup and he was not accustomed to all the dogs. Rich made it very relaxing for my pup (and me) and took lots of pics and videos. The best was the video I received each evening recapping her adventures. There was a mix of outdoor & indoor play, along with lots of snuggles. We were going to Europe for 10 days and didn't want to leave our 5 year old black lab, Hazel, in a kennel. We found Tracy on Rover and decided she was right because she had a history owning labs. Tracy was wonderful! Her dog Lucy, also a lab, became fast friends and Hazel was very comfortable in her home. Nice large fenced in yard in quiet neighborhood. Her son Grayson also loved taking care of Hazel. We would highly recommend Tracy for any boarding needs, short term or longer term as was our case.
