Availability

Dog sitting is my full-time focus, which means your dog isn't being squeezed into my schedule—they're part of it! Being home and available throughout the day allows me to give each dog plenty of attention, playtime, outdoor breaks, walks, and, of course, plenty of time to relax and make themselves at home. Because I intentionally keep my boarding groups small, I'm able to get to know each dog's individual personality and routine and adjust their day around what makes them happiest and most comfortable. Whether your pup wants to play, explore, follow me around the house, curl up on the couch, or just enjoy some quiet time, I'm here to make their stay feel as much like home as possible. When your dog stays with me, caring for them isn't something I do around my day, it's my day! 🐶❤️

Safety, trust & environment

I intentionally keep my boarding groups small. Fewer dogs means more individual attention, easier supervision, more personalized care, and a calmer home environment. It also allows me to get to know each dog's personality and routine instead of treating every stay the same. Whether your dog wants to spend the afternoon playing with friends, following me around the house, exploring outside, or snoozing on the couch, I want them to feel comfortable being themselves.

Information Ryan F. would like to know about your pet

What does your dog love most? Tell me about their favorite activities, toys, treats, sleeping spots, and anything that helps them feel at home! How does your dog get along with other dogs? What is their normal feeding, walking, potty, and sleeping routine? Does your dog have any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or physical limitations I should know about? Has your dog ever been asked to leave a daycare, boarding facility, groomer, dog park, or sitter because of their behavior? Has your dog ever escaped, jumped a fence, slipped out of a collar/harness, or tried to run away? Are there any situations that make your dog fearful, anxious, defensive, or reactive? Anything about your dog's behavior, bite history, reactivity, aggression, guarding, or safety that I should know before accepting the booking? This information allows me to keep all dogs under my care safe and happy!

A typical day

Every dog's day is a little different because I adjust activities around their personality, energy level, age, and comfort. For an active pup, the morning might start with some outside time followed by a walk and plenty of opportunities to sniff and explore. Then it's back home for water, playtime, belly rubs, and some well-earned relaxation. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, so couch naps are absolutely encouraged! Later, we may head out for another adventure whether that's a walk, a car ride around town, outdoor play, or a trip to a local dog park for dogs who are comfortable and appropriate in that environment. Evenings are usually much quieter. After dinner and one last round of play and potty breaks, everyone gets to settle in wherever they're most comfortable. Some dogs choose a dog bed. Some take over the couch. And some inevitably decide my bed belongs to them. 😂 The goal is for your dog to go home happy, exercised, loved—and maybe just a little tired from their vacation.

Small Group Boarding, Big Fun!

Pet care experience

I am a life long dog lover with many years of experience taking care of dogs as well as fostering dogs in need! I believe boarding should feel less like a kennel and more like your dog is staying with family. That's why I keep my boarding groups small, so every dog gets plenty of individual attention, affection, playtime, and space to relax. Your dog becomes part of the household while they're here not just another dog on the schedule. Dogs are welcome to make themselves completely at home. They can curl up on the couch, nap on the bed, play with friends, or find a quiet place to relax when they've had enough excitement. And when they're ready for an adventure, there's plenty of that too! A typical stay can include walks, outdoor play, trips around town, dog-park adventures when appropriate, and lots of one-on-one attention. My goal is simple, when you go on vacation, your dog gets a vacation too.

Ryan was an amazing sitter! He was communicative every step of the way, always keeping me updated and being completely transparent throughout Onyx’s stay. He was incredibly accommodating and flexible whenever needed, which made the whole experience stress-free. Most importantly, he treated Onyx like one of his own, giving her so much care and attention . We felt completely at ease knowing Onyx was in such great hands and it was evident she had a great time. We would absolutely book with Ryan again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!
