For check-ins (up to three per day), I ensure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, receive playtime and attention, and are monitored for any changes in behavior or well-being. These visits are never rushed, and I follow all care instructions closely. For pet sitting in your home, I care for pets in their familiar environment to minimize stress. I follow household routines closely, maintain cleanliness and security, respect the home, and ensure pets receive consistent care, companionship, and supervision. About: I’ve been caring for pets of all ages and energy levels for years, and I truly treat every animal as if they’re my own. I currently have a poodle named Teddy, so I’m very familiar with daily routines, grooming needs, playtime, and providing consistent, loving care. I also had an 18-year-old Shih Tzu who recently passed, which gave me extensive experience with senior dog care. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to special needs, medications, slower walks, and providing comfort and reassurance to older pets. About: Growing up my family had all sorts of pets. Cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and lizards. I help take care of and feed, bathe, walk, and created enrichment activities for them. For family friends I’m often asked to help take of their pets while they are away. I can give references if needed! I will be dropping to part time hours mid December in preparation to go back to school and spend time with loved ones for the holidays! In January I will be using this mainly as my part time job as I will be going back to college full time in the area. I can share my schedule once I’m signed up for all my classes. While walking my dog I always keep him on a leash. We practice sitting while cars drive by, focusing on me when in the presence of others. I have a large yard he loves to play in, but it’s not fenced in ( I keep him on a lead). I feed him twice a day and bring him for walks as well as provide enrichment activities. He’s very social and goes to dog parks as well as the pet store to get baths. He’s up to date on all vaccines. I also share a cat with my boyfriend who we feed three times a day in smaller increments ( he sometimes eats to fast and makes himself sick). We play, and snuggle up, he’s really easy going! About: I am 30 years old and would love to be your choice to help you take care of your babies! I am an engineer at Entegris and work on site Mon - Fri, 6am - 3:30pm. My hours of availability are 4:30pm - 9:30pm during the work week. I am also available for walking and check-ins on weekends from 8am to 10pm (Saturday & Sunday). I have 2 kids who are 4.5 years and 7 months old respectively, i pick them up from daycare around 4 and then spend the afternoon with my boys. My pup (Sophie) is 7.5 years old and is a beagle/pit mix. I would love to spend some time with your furry family member while you are not able to! I currently work full time and would be able to come play with your pup any time after 4! Unfortunately house sitting will be rather difficult at this time. We have a fenced back yard and live in a quiet neighborhood in Ridgefield. At clients homes I am always respectful of house rules and make sure to follow the guidelines.

About: We have been offline from Rover, taking repeat customers, and personal referrals, which was keeping us very busy! Since dogs bring so much joy to life, I am dedicating more time to open bookings to new pets. I am a dog lover for a lifetime. As a kid, I would care for strays. As an adult, I have had a dog in my life for the past 30 years- I have adopted 3 full grown, mature labs from various shelters and they all had a great, long life! My current Lab Lulu, is our sitting “mascot” and she welcomes all dogs to our homestay center. She was an adoptee from an elderly couple. My young adult son & dog-lover will be a great co-host to care for and play with your pet. Pets are like family here and they will be loved, cared for and respected. We will give play, attention, exercise, love and create a setting where your pet feels comfortable and not stressed. We should do a meet and greet with our dogs prior to first boarding. The yard here is fully fenced, but I only let dogs out in the yard with supervision. I will give walks/hikes, as you like. Your dog can sleep and hang-out in whatever area of the house is comfortable to him or her. If they prefer a crate, we can. If they prefer their own room, they can have my lower level finished room. If they like to mix it up with the family they can. We cater to your dog and help to diminish their stress and let them be themselves. If the pup is stressed and needs extra attention at night, they can sleep in the bedroom, ( sometimes on the bed, only if you allow that) . I have cared for multiple senior and special needs dogs, providing medication, and special care routines. We look forward to getting to know your loving pet and offering them a home away from home! Pet Care is a dominant share of our daily lives. Someone is here most of the day, so lots of interaction and attention is provided. If we run out , here or there ( as you would at home) each dog get’s their own space to hang-out. Dogs visiting from different families are only together, when supervised. My Home-Away-Vacay-Stay has a fully fenced yard with plenty of toys. Run of the house and cuddles with our family make your pup feel at home.

About: My husband and I both always had at least two dogs growing up, and absolutely love them. Now we have three kids ages 9-14 who absolutely love them too. We don’t have any dogs of our own, and enjoy providing a fun, safe, loving home to our friends’ pups when they travel! I’m currently working a flexible part time job outside of the home and can work my schedule around dogsitting/dog walking so your pups will be well-cared-for! Our three kids are at school all day, so the dogs can have some quiet time, and the kids absolutely love coming home to play! I have a front hall to safely close pups in if we have to leave them alone for a little while, and a spacious yard to walk them in.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10. I love making sure they are comfortable and happy while their owner’s are away. I enjoy giving them treats when allowed and playing with them to ensure they aren’t feeling alone while their owners’ are away. I’m currently working part-time from 8-3pm. So I will have time to take care of your dogs or cats after 3pm. I am also flexible on weekends. I have 1 cat at home who I make sure to keep him comfortable and happy. In my client’s homes when taking care of their dogs or cat I will make sure to make them feel happy and comfortable. I will accommodate each client based on their needs in order to keep them in their routines even though their owners are away.
