1. Rich U.
“Rich is by far the best person I have ever had watch my furry son, Knox! To say he watches him is an understatement. Knox comes home every night completely exhausted and that’s next to impossible being that he is a 3 year old VERY ENERGETIC Boxer. Rich has the best back yard, is incredibly flexible, and kind, and always has willing to take Knox anytime we need him to. I am so unbelievably grateful to have found him, and for his home to be our furry son’s favorite home away from home. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, kind, animal loving, friendly, responsible, and fun person to care for your dog, there’s absolutely no one better than Rich! Thank you, Rich, for being one of our boys best friends!”

10. Matthew B.
About: We are a family of animal lovers! Matt and Brooke have three children: May, Luca, and one Mr. Bo Jangles - our 70lb rescue mutt. Matt works from home, and Bo is a fun loving, gentle, and patient goof who gets along with everyone he's ever met (two-legged and four-legged). When Bo first joined our family, we gave him the greatest gift of all: a fenced in yard. Bo Jangles would love to share his home, his yard and his walks with new friends. Matt is self employed, and working from home affords total flexibility and customizable routines, based on individual pet's needs. Walks and playtime are already part of our family's daily life, and the more the merrier. We offer care for both cats and dogs. Matt rescued a handsome young feral cat, Bootsie, nearly twenty years ago, but sadly, Bootsie passed away in the winter of 2023. With years of doting love, Boots turned from fierce and ornery into a pretty mellow family pet. Boots even surprised us all by accepting Mr. Bo Jangles into the family fold, and occasionally even snuggling with him! Whether you have a cat or a dog, Mr. Bo Jangles will treat your pet with respect, just as Bootsie learned. A few other perks: In addition to a fenced yard, our home is ideally located for commuters, right behind West Conn's Westside Campus. Our neighborhood is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, ideal for leisurely walks full of sniffing and exploring. If for any reason your pet does not enjoy Mr. Bo Jangles' overtures of friendship, we have an excellent set up to keep them separate, including separate exits to the fenced in yard. Our whole house is completely pet friendly, with no spaces that are off limits to pets. Additionally, we are a smoke free home. Both May and Luca love animals and would love to give extra pets and snuggles if your pet enjoys children, but they will also respect their independence and wishes.

12. Kyle K.
“My dog, Luna, had a great day at Kyle’s. He’s got a great setup for pups to play inside and out, and he clearly understands dogs well and is able to give them great care. Luna is very nervous around new people, and Kyle was able to attend to her needs and made sure she was comfortable during her stay. Will definitely be back.”
13. Tinaclem L.
“Highly recommend! My baby was well taken care of! Tinaclem was super friendly. When we arrived she introduced her dog with mine and brought them both to the back yard so she can get familiar with the yard and was very welcoming! Many walks and lots of pics for updates! ❤️My baby was pooped for days! She already misses Elvis! Sweet dog she has!”
14. Lily K.
“Lily is down to earth and I felt comfortable leaving my pups with her for the day. Her property is also nice for my pups to roam outside. I received photos and videos periodically throughout the day with updates on how my babies were doing. I will definitely book again!”
15. Laurie A.

19. Danny R.
“I was very happy to find Danny, he is a true dog lover and takes amazing care of my male boxer. My boxer is very energetic and jumps a lot. Danny has done a great job training him during their walks. He is very patient and has a great temperament when he spends time with him. Danny texts a picture, sends me info on treats that are best for my pets, latest dog health articles, and cares for him, the way I would. I never worry about McFly when Danny is around. Thank you so much for giving us Peace of Mind while we're working.”
20. Bryanna N.
About: I have always been happiest with a dog by my side! During college I was lucky enough to work at a boarding facility and adored all my dog friends. Now that I work for Guiding Eyes for the Blind as a training assistant, I am looking forward to incorporating pet care back into my repertoire. While I am working full time, I am willing to schedule dog walks before or after my shifts which are typically Mon-Fri 7-4. My current job is also incredibly flexible when it comes to pet care, and I bring my personal dog to work! I am open to communication with pet parents to create a flexible schedule that works for us both, and can offer to leave their pet comfy at my home while I work, or I can bring them with me to work based on their preference. I will always work with pet parents to ensure maximum safety and happiness. I believe consistency is a critical factor when it comes to dog happiness and will work with families to learn all I can about their unique pet. Safety/wellbeing measures include having several pet safe toys available, utilizing a crate when necessary, playing easy but mentally stimulating games, allowing the dog to engage in natural soothing behaviors such as sniffing and licking, etc. I also learned training basics during my professional experiences and will utilize those techniques along with behavioral knowledge to keep dogs safe.
