I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, fresh water, medications (if needed), walks, potty breaks, and any special care requirements. I respect my clients’ homes by keeping the space clean and tidy, cleaning up after pets, and ensuring doors, gates, and crates are secure at all times. I’ve also cared for pets with medication and dietary needs, including both oral and injectable medications. I currently work evening shifts at my family’s restaurant in Darien, so I’m generally available for pet care during the mornings and afternoons, as well as some evenings. My work schedule does not interfere with housesitting, and I’m able to provide attentive care throughout the day and overnight. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m happy to work around my evening schedule and coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. I have a fenced-in yard and a very docile and friendly golden retriever. She’s 11 and gets along with every animal she meets. When taking care of a pet at client’s homes, I prioritize leaving it in the same or better condition than I found it.

About: I have always had dogs since I was younger and I've loved taking care of them all, and including them in my family! I enjoy playing outside with dogs, going for walks, and giving them one on one attention, too. Playing, walking, training, and providing special attention is important to making them feel at home and safe. I would like to provide a safe and happy environment for dogs to be comfortable while their other family members are away. I work during the day, but my schedule is flexible and I will be able to provide breaks until I come home for the afternoon and night. I believe in providing a balanced and calm environment where each dog has a great time and loves life. I currently work full time, 8-4. I am available afternoon and evenings Mon-Thurs., and all day/night Sat-Sun. I give my utmost attention and care to your pets. I give my full love, attention, and energy to care for your pets.
