Each time she is prompt, extremely communicable, and able to navigate not only complicated instructions for each of our two dogs, but also how complicated our house is with codes, alarms and construction workers. She looked after my middle-aged slow Bichon who needs constant food and attention and our new rescue dog who is 10lbs of energy and desperate to escape. Claudia was very responsive to all of my requests during the six days and I would be happy to hire her again sometime.
Anine stayed with our two Goldens and our two cats for a weekend. It was her first time staying with them and everything went seamlessly. She sent us several photos and the animals looked so happy and comfortable with her. She has a wonderful personality and took excellent care of the whole crew.
