1. Elvia C.

“Elvia is amazing! All I could say is wow after getting home and reading handwritten report cards for all three dogs and my cat individually. She has great attention to detail, care, and professionalism and is adaptable under tight time frame. She sent me pictures every day and spent time to get to know each of my animals so kindly and professionally. Very impressed 100/10!!!”

2. Holly M.

“There’s only one person I’d ever call to stay in my home and watch my dog/baby, and that’s Holly! Thanks for giving Missy so much love, looking forward to having you back again to housesit in the near future my dear!”

3. Catie W.

“Catie is a total rockstar! We have three dogs and three cats—a full-blown pet circus—and she handled them all like a pro. Each one has their own little quirks and Catie somehow kept everyone happy, fed, and loved. She sent us the best photo updates (seriously frame-worthy), and we came home to a house that was cleaner than we left it! It’s always tough to travel when you’ve got a small zoo at home, but Catie gave us total peace of mind. If she can handle our crew, she can handle anything. Highly recommend!”

4. Aaliyah L.

“Aaliyah was great! Showed up on time and even stayed a tad later for us as we were coming from the city and in traffic. She did a great job and our pup seemed to love her! Very professional and we would definitely trust her with our pup again!!”

5. Wendy Johanna B.

“Wendy did an amazing job caring for our beloved beagle Daisy yesterday -- texting us updates on how things were going and even sending us a few photos. She is a great influence on our feisty beagle, and we could see how happy Daisy is to spend time with her. Friendly, responsible, attentive to Daisy's needs, we are 100 percent thrilled, and look forward to booking another session again soon. We are thrilled to have found such a wonderful dog-sitter through Rover.com!”

6. Nicole P.

“Nicole is a pro! She is calm and caring and my dogs were happy and relaxed. She is a very good communicator in planning a stay and during the stay. We had a good meet and greet and she kept in touch every day while I was away. She listened carefully to all details for meds and other needs. She took such good care of the dogs and my home. I will definitely recontact her in future and highly recommend her as a pet and house sitter.”

7. Gabriela R.

“Great experience having Gabriela house sit my 2 medium sized dogs. Very friendly and asked lots of great questions prior to the booking. Stayed in my place for 5 days and house was left spotless and dogs taken great care of. Enjoyed my daily updates, highly recommend!”

8. Christian R.
“I have left my cat with Christian before and I knew I didn’t need to worry about anything or constantly blow up his phone to get an update on my kitty because Christian would beat me to it! I would leave my furry babies with him without a doubt! He’s the most caring and loving person ever. I don’t have a doubt in my mind that others will also feel the same comfort as I do as leaving your fur babies is always a stressful situation.”

9. Torre H.
“I’ve been trusting Torre with my dog and cat for five years now, and he’s absolutely the best! Every time he comes over, my pets get so excited to see him—they don’t do that with anyone else I’ve left them with. Torre is super reliable and clearly loves animals. He always makes sure they’re safe, plays with them, and gives them so much love. Knowing he’s taking care of them makes it so much easier to leave the house. I can’t recommend him enough—he’s a total lifesaver!”

10. Maya P.
“Maya is a very responsible and caring person. She is trustworthy and always on time. It’s easy to communicate with her when it comes to the needs of my dog. She follows instructions and she is making sure my dog gets attention when I’m not around . Highly recommended!”

11. Tara B.

“This is the first time we used Rover, and Tara exceeded our expectations. She was very communicative and caring for our geriatric dog. We received daily updates and she responded very quickly to any texts we sent to her. She is very savvy with administering medications. For the entire time we were away I was extremely confident that Guinness was in the best of hands. Tara was also extremely respectful of our house and we came home to not a thing out of place, and most importantly, a happy, healthy dog. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and reliable pet sitter. ??”

12. Sarah T.
“Sarah is a responsible and proud owner of two healthy dogs. Her love and compassion for all animals is what makes her an ideal candidate.”

13. Gracie A.
“Gracie is a very responsible and caring person. She has dog walked and dog sat for us many times (while we have been away) and she is great with our little pooch. Gracie is also a dog owner herself and her absolute love for dogs is obvious to see and she is great at keeping our pooch under control and happy. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gracie!!”

14. Brynne F.

“Brynne was an amazing sitter for our pups! She treated them like they were her own. One of our pups is special needs and she took such good care of him! He looked better upon our return than when we left. She is caring and communicative. I could not recommend her enough!”

15. Julia K.

“Our sweet pup Elma Mae loved Julia. We are out of town for a wedding and brought Elma Mae with us. She has separation anxiety and has never been left with a sitter or anyone outside of the family. We hired Julia to keep her company while we were attending one of the wedding events. She was patient and kind with Elma Mae and sent us lots of pictures. When we returned Elma Mae was happy and even looked sad when Julia left. We will definitely use her again this weekend.”

16. Georgia G.
About: Paws down, your pup is in good hands! 🐾 I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, worked with them at a vet, and even scrubbed plenty of muddy paws during school. Now at Ole Miss, I’m bringing Southern charm and serious dog know-how to every tail wag! I tend making dog sitting my full routine. I love all dogs in any age and any breed. I go on walks everyday and I would love a companion to join me!! :) I have a fenced yard and a dog. I know how to take care of dogs and multiple at a time. Whenever you need me I am there!

17. Cristina M.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs many summers. Most of them were family and friend’s dogs. They seem to like me as much as I like them. I had two rabbits which I lost but taking care of your pets also make me happy. Whether it’s summer or winter I can take care of your dog. I have time before, during lunch and after work during week days. I live very close to my job and there is always someone at home. I have a medium sized back yard that we can play around and live really close to dog park. I also have transportation so that we can go anywhere.

18. Jennifer S.
“Jen is wonderful with animals. She has adopted dogs and cats over time, who have been the most loved of animal companions to her and her family. She understands how important furry friends are to their humans, precisely because they have been the apple of her own eye in her own life. Jen took care of our cat Flounder for several months full-time. Her care and attention to Flounder allowed us to rest absolutely easy, knowing he was being lavished with love, cuddles and attention. I received regular updates and messages. I felt connected, even though we were physically apart. Although she has not taken care of our dog (Coco Bean) as yet, due to us living in different places, I would entrust Coco to her in a nano second. Jen's kind, loving nature, and easy going connection with others, sets her apart I believe. Also, importantly, she is extremely organized and practical. I often genuinely think when something breaks or needs figuring out "oh gosh, I need Jen!" (sometimes I say it aloud) because she is 'that' person - the one that doesn't see an obstacle, but rather a problem to be solved/fixed. She is very situationally aware and has what feels like a surplus of common sense. In short, I would not hesitate to have Jen be my dog sitter. In fact, I would be utterly thrilled. I would feel I had struck gold.”

19. Bri M.

“Bri was great with my cat Kenzie! I would definitely use her every time I have to go away.”

20. Michelle R.
“She is a great dog owner. Took good care of her previous dogs. On time with things, responsible & caring. She is always available when it comes to pets.”
