“Chelsey was amazing with my sensitive, reactive dog, who is wary of strangers and yet immediately took to Chelsey. We got photos for every walk, and by the end of our booking I could see the love in my dog's face when Chelsey took her photo. Chelsey is a competent, responsible, friendly, and relationship-focused caretaker, and I would 100% book her again for my pup. Thanks so much!!”

About: I've had pets for most of my life while living with my parents, and I dream of having one of my own someday. In the meantime, I’m happy to help dog and cat parents care for their beloved companions while they’re busy! I’ve always enjoyed pet-sitting for my friends, which inspired me to sign up on Rover. I work from the office half the week and from home most Thursdays and all Fridays. My evenings are usually free after 5 PM, and my weekends are quite flexible, if not completely free. I'm an early bird, so early morning walks are no problem at all! I thrive on a schedule, so I'm happy to follow any structured routine if needed. I enjoy walks, and I believe taking a dog for a stroll would make it even better!

About: I've looked after dogs my entire life. My home in Mountain View has a wonderful backyard and two border collies to keep your dog company. Down the street we have one of the best dog meetup groups in the South Bay and a fantastic local park. We are genuine dog enthusiasts and love providing a loving home that makes it easy for your to travel and keeps your dog out of the kennels (where we've never had a good experience). I'm available for dog sitting at my house. I can also do dog walks and drop in visits on occasion as needed. When your dog stays with me, they get two walks a day (if appropriate for their age/ability), and great socialization with a wider group of dogs (again, only if appropriate for their temperment/comfort level). I also adjust as needed and we can just do gentle walks around the neighborhood, or I can drive them to some free-run places where they can stretch their legs but be a little more on their own -- lots of flexibility depending on your dog's needs and I highly encourage you to just let me know what you need so I can customize your dog's stay with me. I have a great fenced in backyard so your dog can have lots of outside time while at my house. I also take your dog out on as many walks as you tell me are appropriate for them. If they need meds or special care, you just need to let me know.
