“Katrina does a fantastic job with our dog. She is very caring, and asked a lot of questions about our dog’s needs. I enthusiastically recommend Katrina!”

Sarah H.

“Sarah is an incredible Rover! She was very communicative, responsive, and took AMAZING care of our Pepper while we were away! We appreciate her and will definitely be booking her again soon ?”

Michele A.

“I was recently visiting family in Skokie as I live out of town. This was my first time using Rover and I must say I was incredibly pleased. Michele was amazing. She and I met prior to the day that I was needing her to walk my dogs to review everything which was a lot because I am one of those neurotic dog moms .Lol I had quite a bit to go over with her before in-trusting her with my two rescue Pit Bulls.- which I’m extremely protective of. She was great and made me feel very comfortable, leaving my dogs in her capable hands. I will definitely be using Michele again when I am back in town and I would highly recommend her to any pet owner. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Michele.”

Jason A.

“Jason was great with our dog! Finnegan gladly left for walks with him each day. Jason was really professional and friendly, on time, reliable even in unpleasant winter weather. We’ll definitely plan to hire Jason again!”

Jackson P.

“So far it’s been great. Jackson really listens to everything that you mention about your pet (a huge change from previous dog walkers we’ve used). He takes great photos, and I know our dog will be well taken care of on his daily walk. He’s also very responsive (another great change from previous experiences). Thanks for taking great care of Remmy.”

Brandy D.

“Brandy was nothing short of amazing! This was out first time using rover in our new house and Brandy put all of our nerves as ease! She took extra steps to get to know Maui and what her needs were. Maui is a large dog and she had no issues of hesitation assisting with out walk. I received multiple photos of one happy pup when we were gone. I highly recommend Brandy and I will be reaching out to her again. Thanks Brandy!”

Veronica M.
“Veronica was an excellent caregiver for our dog Aspen while we were out of town. She was attentive and patient and treated her with lots of love and warmth. We will definitely have Veronica sit our pets in the future.”

Crystal P.

“Crystal was on time, always in good communication, and treated my dog with the utmost care. Thank you ?”

Debbe E.
“I have a 9 year old beagle rambunctious beagle name Kiki, who LOVES Debbe. Even when I take her out on walks and she sees Debbe she will try to run away from me to jump on Debbe. Debbe shows the same enthusiasm towards Kiki, so I know she actually cares about my pet versus just seeing this as a job. She cares for Kiki the same way that I care for her which is important for me especially when I go on days long work trips and Debbe stays over to watch over Kiki. I know that Kiki will actually get long walks versus just running around in the yard. I know that she is dependable and trustworthy; she's always on time, Kiki comes back exhausted(which is always a plus), actually plays with Kiki, has created a bond with her, and is always in high spirits.”

Grace H.
“Look no further for someone to help you! Grace is incredibly reliable, punctual, and an overall wonderful person. She takes all of her responsibilities seriously and is a great communicator. She has a dog of her own so knows what is needed to ensure walks are both effective and enjoyable for the furry friends. I cannot recommend her enough!”

Karen C.

“Karen was great. She took the time to meet Sadie and understand her needs. The two walks were just enough to satisfy Sadie and give me peace of mind that she was being well cared for. Thank you Karen!”

Shelly B.
“Shelly is an incredibly caring, responsible, and dependable pet sitter! She will love your furry creatures, like they are her own, as the true animal lover, she is! We love her flexibility, and her attention to detail when caring for our dog.”

Donna C.

“Donna and Stephen have truly been lifesavers over the past few weeks. They are incredibly timely and dependable, and they are always willing to help when they can. I also LOVE receiving multiple photos of my pup enjoying the walk so I know how happy he is to be out with them. Would strongly recommend this wonderful team to walk your furry friend!”

Alexis B.

“Alexis is awesome! She clearly loves and is comfortable with dogs and connected with my owner-attached dog straight away. She is super friendly and easy to work with. She also is very responsible--she was on time, listened to and executed my exercise requirements for my dog. I will definitely use her again!”

About: I had a dog growing up, a cocker spaniel pup named Snoopy. I have had my two dogs (Wrigley and Charlie) for about 5 years and fostered a cat ( Bruno) for about 6 months. He now has found his forever home! I have had wonderful experiences sitting for Rover clients! I have experience giving medication and caring for senior dogs. I work a few hours weekly. Fortunately, I have holidays OFF and am home ALL weekend. I have plenty of free time to make your dog feel right at home! There is always an adult at home so your pup will not be alone. Everyone in my family cares and respects animals. I live with my three older teenage children who have experience caring for animals. We have had two dogs for about 6.5 years, They are part of the family. They are also fully vetted and up to date on shots and all dental work. Keeping EVERYONE HEALTHY is very important to me. As I mentioned I also fostered a cat for a rescue so I am an APPROVED foster. I also volunteer with different rescue groups to network pets needing homes. I take the dogs on walks in my calm and quiet neighborhood several times a day for them to exercise and have potty breaks. Bowls are sanitized daily. I have a roomy home! It’s a split level home with an open floor plan. Our pets are allowed throughout the home as are all our furry guests!

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I've raised two German shepherds. One has sadly recently passed, but the other is about to be 13 and still going strong! He currently lives with a sibling now. I would walk both of these larger dogs, whether they pulled or not. I also still have a 9 year old cat who loves naps and cuddles. However, he is still back home with my parents. In my childhood, I had a cat named Oreo who was grumpy and didn't enjoy pets, so I can handle pets who don't enjoy physical touch as well. Additionally, I volunteer at the C.A.R.E animal shelter on Friday mornings from 8-11 AM. Although I am still in college, I try to schedule all my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, I will be readily available to take care of your pets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays! I also have a part-time job that will require me to work every other weekend. However, I can always look to change my schedule if it is desperately needed. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I will also provide fresh water during each visit. Additionally, I will send photos and updates to ensure your dogs safety and health. Plus, I will make sure they get plenty of playtime!

Chelsay N.
“She has had animals growing up and has a lot of background knowledge. She is also a pet owner currently and does so well. She is very responsible and takes time to give the animals attention and cares for them appropriately. They would be in amazing hands with her.”

Natalia S.
About: Growing up, I was obsessed with animals, especially dogs. I had a terrier mix that I raised from puppyhood as well as frequently cared for, played with, and walked my neighbors and family friends dogs, from a chihuahua mix to a rottweiler. I also volunteered at animal hospitals while in high school, so I have experience with a variety of cats and dogs breeds with different levels of socialization. Paired with my completed degree in Integrative Biology and minor in Animal Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I am confident in my personal and academic knowledge of animals and maintaining their happiness and well-being! I currently have a remote and asynchronous position, so my availability is almost always open and 100% flexible! Weekends, weekdays, early mornings, or late nights, I am here for you and your pet. Safety is always my top priority when it comes to caring for both my own and others pets. Whatever needs you or your pet require can easily to be talked over and arranged, whether it be photo check-ins or special arrangements!

Kathryn C.

“Kate is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and reliable. My dog, Penny, who can sometimes be shy around new people, took to her immediately. I feel good knowing Kate is giving Penny the extra exercise and attention I can’t always provide.”

Ghania I.
“Ghania has walked my dog before and she was very considerate of his shy behavior. She really knows how to deal with animals and she is well skilled with cats as well. Overall, her service is highly recommended if you want a happy pet ”
