“Liz is awesome. Super responsive and clearly loves all dogs. She had just come off an extended stay with another client but that didn’t stop her from making Jack her #1 priority. She ensured she arrived at our house on the first day soon after we left, she was clearly home with him a lot and she double-checked what time we expected to be home on the last day before leaving. The house was super tidy when we got home and Jack, while happy to see us, clearly had a great few days with Liz. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough (except during times we want her to stay with ours again 😁).”

“David was fantastic with our troublemakers. He sent daily updates. He even went out and bought a new leash after one of our dogs ate through two! The house was super clean when we got back. Couldn’t even tell anyone had been here. Super happy and will definitely use him again!”

“Kaleigh is so good with Harley, our blind, and sassy pug girl. She took great care of her while we were away on vacay for a week and sent pics of Harley looking happy and healthy. Kaleigh was quick to respond when I checked in and she took great care in administering Harley’s 4 different eye drops multiple times per day. She also left our house in great shape when we returned. Thank you Kaleigh.”

“We had an emergency and Michael was great with all our clan. We have German Shep who recently had surgery so he had to watch him closely, and a totally eat the carpet crazy husky pup visiting for him to manage and he did great!! He followed instructions even setting timer to let puppy out at potty time to avoid accidents in the house! Kept them calm and under control. Gave them treats as promised and made me able to attend an event with total peace of mind. Would ? recommend him for dog sitting in your house and will use again!”

“Rachel is the absolute best! We trust her so much to take care of our dog Sully. She sends me pictures and updates to ease my mind when we are away. Really cares so much about pets. Highly recommend!❤️”

“Chadwick was a literal lifesaver for us! We lost our sitter shortly before leaving for a 10 day trip overseas, and he went out of his way to communicate his availability quickly and to come to our home to meet our pets and walk through everything. He asked great questions from the jump, was communicative throughout our entire trip, left our home clean, and even picked up some groceries he knew our pets would need and that he ran out of on the last day (all so we wouldn't have to run to the store early after our long flights). He's reliable, generous, considerate, and we will absolutely be using him again. We're so relieved to have found someone local we can rely on and trust our pets with!”

“Austin was great! Have already watched our giant dog Sassy twice. Great with our energetic girl. Was a great communicator and our house was nice and tidy when we returned home. Thanks Austin!”

“Kimberly was awesome to work with! Her experience with big dogs made me very comfortable leaving our Great Danes in her hands. She was prompt with communication and a great house guest! I would highly recommend her.”

“Eric is a gentleman, a kind man who loved and care for our dog, Nube, with his sense of responsibility and attentiveness. We highly recommend him. But do not book him too much so we can still have a chance! Hehe ;-)”

“We could not have found a better person to care for our two senior dogs one of whom is diabetic and blind and who both require multiple medications administered throughout the day. Zoe went above and beyond from the moment we first booked and was the consummate professional learning their detailed routines making them feel comfortable as well as us! Raleigh and Lily clearly adored her. We will not hesitate to book with her again.”

“Deana was amazing. She was wonderful with our 1 year old golden retriever, and went way above and beyond in house and pet sitting for us while we were away. She took our dog for extra walks and sent tons of pictures of the two of them having fun, and playing together. Deana has an amazingly positive and warm personality, and it is quite obvious that she is an animal lover. We were at complete peace while away knowing our dog was being given such great care. We were amazed at how clean she left our home when we returned, and her communication the entire time was excellent. I highly recommend Deana. She is simply outstanding!”

About: 🥰 Now retired from Corporate America- I finally get to do what I love!! If you’re looking for Quality, Responsible and Experienced care for your pets- look no further! I have 45+ years experience with dogs, cats and horses. 🐴 🐈 🐶 Prior Volunteer @Agoura Animal Shelter I’ve been in love with pets since I was born. I’ve had many dogs over the years. I was raised with Dobermans, and had 2 of my own as an adult, in addition to a German Shepherd, Husky, Lab mix, 2 Min Pins and now, a Terrier/mix rescued from the meat trade in So. Korea. I’ve had one or more cats at a time since the day I was born (feral), and at one point, we rescued a pregnant kitty that had 4 kittens, which we kept and all lived long and cherished lives. My last kitty, “Little Girl”, was found by the grooms at the barn @ 3 weeks old. She was so wild, that she chewed the nipple off the bottle, and the Vet said it would never work! She recently passed at 19 years old, from CKD/Hyperthyroidism, which we both valiantly fought for 4 yrs. She was my soul cat- that I will miss for the rest of my life.💔 I’m an Equestrian- Horses are my passion! I’ve competed and owned horses for over 30 years, and have extensive knowledge of their care. I’m Insured and Pet 1st Aid/CPR Certified. I have experience medicating pets (ie:cats with Hyperthyroidism/CKD, etc dogs with pancreatitis, etc). Specialize in Senior pets. I know what it’s like to have to leave your beloved fur-babies home, especially if they aren’t feeling well! Whether they’re in tip top health, or in need of a little extra attention due to a medical condition, You can rest assured, that they will have the best care! I’m home full time now, and so available to meet the commitment and responsibilities of caring for your special fur-babies. Because feeding/walking and playing take time and attention- and every pet has its own unique and individual needs, sometimes they just need a little extra love and companionship❤️ Safety is my #1 priority! I will always ensure that your pets are safe, your home is secure and there is nothing within reach that could cause them harm. Additionally, walks are always done considering the environment, other pets and their proximity to your pet and the demeanor of both. No risks are ever taken.

“Sara has great communication and was very flexible when we arrived home later than expected. Our dog Luke appears totally unfazed that we left town and was kept very happy and safe.”

“We just completed a long stay while we were abroad for nearly 2 weeks. Before leaving, Tyrion started having stomach issues right before our trip and had a new medication. Mr. Steve was very accommodating and gave updates on Tyrion throughout our being away. Mr. Steve was great and sent photos of his dog, Sadie, playing with Tyrion. Now that Sadie is gone, Tyrion definitely misses her!”

About: I am new to Rover, but I am not new to animal care! I have 20 years of experience as a pet parent, and hands on experience as a volunteer and staff member at an animal rescue where my responsibilities included walking, feeding, daily care, basic grooming, playtime and enrichment for large and small dogs and animals with special needs. I enjoy all stages of animal development (from puppyhood to senior life). Should your pet(s) have medical needs, I am proficient in: • Oral medication administration • Ointments and drops medication administration • Injected medication administration • Subcutaneous (SubQ) fluids therapy • First Aid As a dog mom, I too have been through the process of finding a house and/or pet sitter I trust. I understand the importance of communication and updates, cute pictures and/or videos, and most importantly knowing that your home is being taken care of and your pet(s) are safe and secure and in the loving care of a competent and reliable sitter. Whether caring for clients' pets or assisting with rescue dogs, my commitment to animal welfare is unwavering. 🐾 As your house and pet sitter, during my stay, I will be a reliable presence in your home. Daily updates, including photos and/or videos, will keep you informed and provide you with complete peace of mind. To ensure the best possible care, I will ask for information about daily routines, including your pets activity levels, social behavior with both people and other animals, and any ongoing care or monitoring that may be required.

About: hi there! i’m isabella, a lifelong pet parent offering calm, heart-led care for pets with a nurturing and intuitive approach. i specialize in mindful nature walks and peaceful drop-ins, creating a grounded experience that honors your pet’s emotional and energetic wellbeing. animals have always been a precious part of both my heart and home + i bring a deep well of decades worth of experience with dogs and cats (as well as bunnies and rodents!) of all ages, sizes, breeds and personalities. from energetic puppy play to gentle, quiet companionship, i aim to meet and honor each pet where they are to create a calm and loving environment that supports their ultimate happiness, trust and comfort. whether it’s a quiet drop-in visit or some cozy care, my services are a great fit for pet parents who value heart-led care, clear communication, and a gentle, attuned, and thoughtful experience. if my approach resonates with your pet’s needs, i kindly request that we begin with a complimentary meet and greet to explore and ensure we’re a good mutual fit before confirming any future bookings. thank you for taking the time to read through + i look forward to connecting with you! i offer a flexible schedule and i am happy to work together to find a rhythm that best supports your pet’s needs. after connecting through a meet and greet consultation, we can collaborate to create a routine that feels supportive and aligned for both you and your pet. at this time, i am offering drop-in visits and walks rather than boarding in my own home. with that in mind, i treat every home i enter with the same care and mindfulness i would hope for in my own; approaching the space with thoughtfulness, cleanliness, and quiet respect. additionally, i provide consistent photo updates so you always feel connected, informed, and reassured while you’re away. as a lifelong pet parent myself, i understand how vulnerable it can feel to leave your pet and home in someone else’s care; your peace of mind matters as much as your pet’s joy and safety.

“I highly recommend Chloe’s Critter Care – Pet Sitting! I’ve been a fellow local pet sitter and a friend of Shaun’s for nine years, and during that time I’ve personally cared for her pets while she’s been away. The knowledge, attention to detail, and loving care she shows toward her own pets are a true testament to the exceptional care she will provide to her clients’ pets as well.
