About: Lived in a multi-dog household for over 15 years providing care to pups of all ages (newborn puppies to seniors). Experienced in puppy care, senior care, medication administration, and rescue pups needing a little extra attention as they're getting adjusted to their new furrever homes. Although I don't personally provide training, I've had experience in going through training for our own pups and can support in maintaining the training that you have already in place. Guests are provided with care full-time. I'm available throughout the week and are generally flexible with pick up and drop off times. Though there may be some slight adjustments to the our daily routine, a general idea of our schedule for boarding consists of.. 6:30am potty break and playtime 7am breakfast and continued playtime 8:30am lounge/nap time Potty breaks every 3-4 hours 12:00pm -2:00pm Afternoon playtime some time during this time frame if the weather permits 5:30pm-7:00pm dinner around this time frame Evening play until 7:30pm-8pm 11:00pm for a final potty break We live in a fenced home that is double gated with a large spacious backyard. Guests are only allowed outside when there is human supervision. Guests are welcome to wrestle and play chase; however, if we do see there is an escalation in energy levels then we do a quick reset and separate guests for several minutes before returning to a lower energy of play behavior.

About: I treat every dog like family not just a job. With hands on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, I understand that every pup has their own needs, routines, and quirks. What truly sets me apart is my attention to detail, calm energy, and deep commitment to making pets feel safe, loved, and at home even when their humans are away. Pet care is woven into my everyday life it’s not a task, it’s a lifestyle. I have a fenced yard, which means dogs in my care get safe, outdoor playtime as part of their daily routine. I also have pets of my own, so I fully understand the love, attention, and structure they need to feel happy and secure. In my home, I create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where pets can relax and be themselves. With a fenced yard, pets get secure outdoor time for play and potty breaks. I follow each pet’s routine closely whether it’s feeding, walks, meds, or bedtime rituals and make sure they get plenty of love and attention, just like my own pets do. When caring for pets in clients’ homes, I’m respectful, reliable, and detail-oriented. I stick to your routines to keep your pet comfortable and stress free while you’re away. From playtime and feeding to administering medication or sending updates and photos, I care for every pet as if they were my own and treat your home with the same level of respect.

About: I bring a genuine love for animals paired with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats in different life stages: from energetic puppies to wise senior pets. I currently live with a friendly dog and grew up with a cat, so I understand both canine and feline behavior deeply. I'm attentive to the unique personalities and needs of each pet. Whether it's giving medication, maintaining feeding schedules, or providing calming companionship, I aim to make your pet feel safe, loved, and right at home. I'm also great with: a) Administering oral meds b) Helping with basic puppy training (crate, leash, potty) c) Managing older pets who need a slower pace and gentle care Your pet’s comfort and routine matter to me and and I treat them like family. Right now, I have a very flexible schedule during the week and on weekends as I’m in between jobs and hunting full time opportunities. That means I can give your pet plenty of attention, care, and time, whether it’s for walks, playtime, feedings, or just comforting company throughout the day. Because I live with a dog and have experience caring for a cat, pet care is already a natural and daily part of my life. I’m used to structuring my day around their needs, and I’m happy to do the same for yours! Since I only offer care in the client’s home, I’m happy to adapt to your specific instructions, whether that’s feeding times, walk schedules, crate use, medication, or preferred sleeping spots. Every home and pet is different, so I take the time to understand your expectations and your pet’s personality. I’m respectful of your space, responsible with routines, and always leave things as I found them, or better. I also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands.

About: Hey there! I'm new to Rover, but I'm definitely not new to caring for pets! To help build trust and get to know this amazing community, I’m offering a special discounted rate for my first three months on Rover (until 9/15/25). Happy to do a meet and greet first, just reach out ;) I’ve been caring for cats for 4 years and live in LA with my British Shorthair (his name is Tomas!) As a cat mom, I understand how special (and particular!) cats can be. I’m great at respecting their space, giving them love when they want it, and making sure they feel safe and happy. Whether your fur baby is playful or prefers a quiet companion, I’ve got it covered. I'm usually free on weekends, and weekdays after 6pm work well for me too. My schedule can be flexible, and I’m happy to work around what suits you best! Tomas (my cat) lives with me and my husband in a single family home with a backyard. He is a bit shy and really enjoys having the place to himself. Because of that, I don’t usually host other furry friends here. I’m not offering boarding at the moment, but I’m open to it in the future depending on how things go.

“I’m so grateful for the amazing care Amanda provided for my cat during the drop-in visit. She stayed for 1 hour and 47 minutes—even though it was only supposed to be a 60 minute visit! That really shows how much she cares. She made sure my cat was fed, had clean water, cleaned the litter box, and spent quality time playing and comforting her. I received thoughtful updates and cute photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and truly dedicated pet sitter!”

About: Often taken care of dogs in all sizes. From small poodle to Australian Shepherd. When friends or family are out of town, my responsibility will be walking and feeding the dogs. I’m currently working a full-time job but will have time after 5pm on weekdays. During weekends, I will be mostly available and prefer to be scheduled ahead. I would like to discuss with the client about the area in the house that the pet usually feels comfortable to stay in and keep the pet away from restricted area if there is any. Also, it would be great to know if there is any common area that the pet can go for small stretches like front/back yard.

“Arisa is HANDS DOWN one of the BEST care taker of Daisy my little 9lb poodle. As someone who works in the animal emergency hospital and a dog trainer, it's often so hard to trust your own dog with just anyone. Arisa is very detailed oriented and punctual when she took care of my dog. Arisa understood and respected my dog's spacial awareness and triggers when she took her on a walk. For safety concern, Arisa also is careful when letting your dog greet other stranger dogs, and took my wishes into consideration when I didn't want my small dog to greet other dogs on leash. As a small poodle, my dog is also very sensitive and a picky eater. She often gets upset stomach and Arisa took all of that I consideration. Arisa is soft spoken and very gentle with little dogs and follows the feeding instructions carefully. Overall eventhough Daisy (my dog) is picky with people, she absolutely adores and loves Arisa. Arisa is the only dog sitter Daisy would allow near her.”

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life but professionally speaking, I’ve worked in doggy daycare facilities and overnight boarding for about 5 years now. I also have boarded dogs at my house, taken them on walks daily, bathed them if needed, and taken them to doggy daycare if they’re comfortable enough for it. I enjoy what I do and open up my home to any happy pup that needs watching or walking for the day or week, however long my services are needed. I work full time at a daycare facility, if the dogs are comfortable, they can come along with me and play for my whole shift. Afterwards I take the dogs on a walk, around 30 minutes to an hour depending on size and energy. I’m home every night for playtime, quality time, and feedings. I have a fenced backyard for your dog(s) to play in. I also have a crate if needed and doggy for with toys for them to play with. If I’m ever out of the house with any pet I make sure to keep them leashed and close to me to ensure safety and no breakaways.

About: I had all kinds of animals growing up - cats, dogs, fish, chickens, turtles, etc. so I’ve been taking care of animals all my life. I have a wonderful American Bully named Koa! She’s very friendly and is socialized with both humans and doggos. So if your fur baby wants to play, Koa will happily volunteer as tribute. I work full time remotely so I am at home and available most days. As long as I am notified in advance I can generally make most days work :) I am located in Monterey park near Garvey Ranch Park. So if your fur baby needs some exercise we can definitely do that. Fetch is my specialty!

“We hired Alvin to drop in and check our critters during dinner time. He was communicative and Informative the whole time. From informing that he arrived to the house, sent pictures of the animals, and asked questions as needed. We definitely would hire Alvin again!”

“Xiuwen is a truthfully pet lover. As the mom of Tomas, who is a 5 years old cat, she always remembers to feed him on time with enough food and play with him with his favorite toy to make him enjoyable everyday when she is available. Additionally, she grooms Tomas periodically to help reducing the number of cat vomiting his hairball. Tomas really likes her, so does other lovely pets of my friends, who will occasionally comes and visit her place. She treats other pets the same as her "son" Tomas, spreading the same love and time on them. Not only she takes good care of cats, but also doggy too. She had been having a dog for couple years before coming to U.S. I would suggest Xiuwen as pet caregiver if you have such need. :)”
