Alexis went above and beyond when i needed her the most. Alexis was amazing with my animals during an incredibly stressful time. My house was on the market and the whole household was on edge, but Alexis handled it all with so much care. My older dog needs daily medication and extra support, and she was incredibly attentive and gentle with her. My younger dog can be wary of new people, but he loved her from the moment they met — which says everything. Even my cats adored her. One of my cats usually hides from everyone and wouldn't go near my old roommates, but he was cuddling with Alexis and letting her pick him up by the end. I was shocked. On top of that, she was so respectful of my home being on the market. She kept everything spotless for showings and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Kyrstyn was an amazing pet sitter!! I needed someone on a very short notice and she was so accommodating to our family. Our dogs and cats loved her!! She sent regular updates, spent quality time playing with the cats, made sure they were well fed and hydrated, and kept their litter box and areas clean. This is the first time we have used Jen for dog sitting and we were very pleased. She sent us photos of Dunkin throughout the week and he looked very relaxed. If she had any questions about Dunkin's care and/or the house, she reached out and texted me. Jen made this a very relaxing vacation.
Tina gave consistent care with feeding, potty breaks and medication. Our only reason for giving 4 stars is that our dog was given 3am potty breaks (as evidenced by our doorbell camera) because of Tina's work schedule. That resulted in a disruption of our dog's normal routine. Since returning home, we have had to work on getting her back on "normal" schedule with an approx breakfast/dinner potty breaks.
