She and her daughter were extra loving and sent daily updates with photos which made our vacation as relaxing as possible. Even though this was our first time boarding, Susan made us feel comfortable because she was/is so loving, genuinely kind and attentive to our furbabies. Our older dog, Wally can be emotional and stubborn at times with eating. Susan went above and beyond to ensure Wally ate, and she also sent updates on Wally’s eating patterns. So leaving them for the first time while my husband and I traveled from Florida to San Diego, CA for 7 days was a HUGE deal for us. From the very beginning, we knew we had made the right choice. Our pups weren't just being watched, they were loved, spoiled, and treated like part of the family. We received tons of pictures and updates, and seeing how happy and comfortable they were gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. Finding someone we trust completely with our babies is priceless, and we feel so fortunate to have found them. Brandi is a genuinely caring and attentive pet-sitter! She accepted our pittie as a client, (most pet sitters won’t), and followed all my instructions to the letter. She communicated and sent pics throughout their time together. She gave Molly extra attention when she was anxious during thunderstorms. We feel confident in Brandi, as she works as veterinarian tech. But it’s really her kindness that won us over! We will definitely use her again!

Julia was great. We are Rover newbies and Julia was very helpful. Good communication while our dog Felix stayed with her and she provided frequent updates and pictures. Brian did a great job with our puppy, Jax. We were worried about leaving Jax since he is so young (13 weeks), but Brian made the drop-off, stay, and pickup easy.
