After our meet and greet we felt extremely comfortable with Leslie. She sent many pictures and videos every day which helped put us at ease. I can’t say enough great things about Viviana. During our 10-day trip abroad, we felt completely at ease knowing Fiona was truly on a vacation of her own. Viviana treated her to plenty of walks, beach trips, and daily swims in her pool—our little mermaid-dog hybrid was in absolute heaven. Viviana sent us multiple photos every day, which we appreciated so much. Leaving Fiona for a long trip usually comes with some guilt, but Viviana made sure we didn’t feel an ounce of that. Fiona came home happy, well cared for, and honestly a little sad for a few days that the fun was over. We would trust Viviana again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her enough.
