About: I have never not owned a pet until recently. I had two cats (brother and sister) for 19 years. I have always had dogs. My most recent was my 60 pounds of love - a black lab. One of my cats had diabetes where I had to give him insulin shots twice a day. Thankfully, he went into remission after 5 years. I have raised puppies and took care of senior dogs. After a long career as a Legal Assistant in West Palm Beach, I have retired to my "happy place", Sebastian, Florida. I have time and energy to love your pets and am looking forward to making friends with your cat(s) and/or dog(s), and even their special human. 😊 I am always aware of your pet's needs. I am intuitive as to what they want or are feeling. Of course, their safety and health is top priority. If they are upset and not eating, I am creative in making sure they stay hydrated and eat.
“Pip and Oliver had a wonderful stay at Kerrie's house! She has a beautiful, completely fenced yard with lots of room to run. I was initially worried about leaving the dogs because this was the first time we've been away from them in over a year. And, like many people, we've been working remotely so they're used to having us around 24/7. Kerrie quickly allayed all my fears by sending multiple photos of the dogs frolicking in the yard and snuggling on the sofa. They got treated like kings and I'm not sure they missed us at all!!! We could not do a meet and greet in advance because we are not local. We had some back and forth conversation to give both of us peace of mind that this was a good fit. I can confirm it was a great fit. Theresa appeared to be attentive to my 3 doodle mixes. She sent frequent pictures and communications. I could tell through the photos that my fur babies felt safe (i.e. sleeping on back). I would absolutely love my fur babies to visit again next time we are in the area.
