She and her daughter were extra loving and sent daily updates with photos which made our vacation as relaxing as possible. Even though this was our first time boarding, Susan made us feel comfortable because she was/is so loving, genuinely kind and attentive to our furbabies. Our older dog, Wally can be emotional and stubborn at times with eating. Susan went above and beyond to ensure Wally ate, and she also sent updates on Wally’s eating patterns.
