About: I have never not owned a pet until recently. I had two cats (brother and sister) for 19 years. I have always had dogs. My most recent was my 60 pounds of love - a black lab. One of my cats had diabetes where I had to give him insulin shots twice a day. Thankfully, he went into remission after 5 years. I have raised puppies and took care of senior dogs. After a long career as a Legal Assistant in West Palm Beach, I have retired to my "happy place", Sebastian, Florida. I have time and energy to love your pets and am looking forward to making friends with your cat(s) and/or dog(s), and even their special human. 😊 I am always aware of your pet's needs. I am intuitive as to what they want or are feeling. Of course, their safety and health is top priority. If they are upset and not eating, I am creative in making sure they stay hydrated and eat.
“Billy Boy and our family couldn't be more blessed to find Sonia. She is truly God sent. Previously we were boarding Billy which were AWFUL experiences, no updates nor feedback after pickup. Billy had stress colitis for days after. We knew boarding was not an option and then heard about Rover. We requested for a meet up. A first meeting Sonia, we knew Billy would be comfortable and enjoy his time away from us. It was like going to an auntie's house. Sonia kept us posted with pictures and updates on his feeding / potty routines. Billy's loves playing and running so Sonia sent us notes about their walks and how he was getting along with the other puppies. During down time we could just see Billy feeling at home. Sonia sent many pictures of nap time on the couch and best of all bedtime with Sonia. Yes, Billy's a very spoiled son, yet Sonia accommodated when we told her Billy sleeps with us in bed. We know Billy definitely be well cared for his next visit. Praying it will be with Sonia , she is an amazing and compassionate young woman. If we could, we would rate 100 out of 5 stars! “Maria was wonderful with our little man, Kenobi, a minnie golden doodle. She welcomed him into her home and loved on him from day one. We are sure he enjoyed her dogs, all the other animals, and the spacious room to roam and play. We received pictures of him and texts every day while we were gone. He seemed relaxed, happy, and very comfortable with Maria. He had not been away from us very often, but he settled in with Maria right away. I couldn’t say enough about how well Donna took care of our dog, Salsa. We could tell that Salsa was having a wonderful time with her and she communicated with pictures letting us know how well she was doing and how well she adjusted.
