“Billy Boy and our family couldn't be more blessed to find Sonia. She is truly God sent. Previously we were boarding Billy which were AWFUL experiences, no updates nor feedback after pickup. Billy had stress colitis for days after. We knew boarding was not an option and then heard about Rover. We requested for a meet up. A first meeting Sonia, we knew Billy would be comfortable and enjoy his time away from us. It was like going to an auntie's house. Sonia kept us posted with pictures and updates on his feeding / potty routines. Billy's loves playing and running so Sonia sent us notes about their walks and how he was getting along with the other puppies. During down time we could just see Billy feeling at home. Sonia sent many pictures of nap time on the couch and best of all bedtime with Sonia. Yes, Billy's a very spoiled son, yet Sonia accommodated when we told her Billy sleeps with us in bed. We know Billy definitely be well cared for his next visit. Praying it will be with Sonia , she is an amazing and compassionate young woman. If we could, we would rate 100 out of 5 stars! “Theresa and Joe took great care of our two dogs! I couldn't ask for a better place to leave them. Their house is clean and they have a huge fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around in, and a screened-in outdoor area too. The dogs got lots of outside time but lots of indoor relaxing time too. It was clear that they were given tons of attention. Their 3 dogs are friendly, well-behaved and well-adjusted. Theresa sent me updates and has a flexible schedule. I'll definitely be sending my pups to Theresa's house in the future and highly recommend her services!”
