About: Safely get my Persian cats over multiple infections and spay. Highly aware of cats discomfort and symptoms/issues. Attention to details and following careful instructions if needed. I work from home three days a week. I am very reliable and accessible when you need help. I generally have time after 5pm on weekdays and free during weekend. I love driving around, going on hikes and parks, biking and snowboarding. I always make sure I take pictures and communicate. I will always ask for preferences and special needs. I proactively clean the house to make sure the environment is on spot for pets. I am very proactive in terms of communication.
About: I've grown up with a Bullmastiff and later a Retriever. So I know my way around bigger and heavier dogs as well as more active and energetic ones. I am looking forward to apply those experiences to sitting and walking your four-legged companions with the similar dedication. In addition, we’ve recently lost our Charlie (my golden retriever) and would love to spend time with your pets to try to fill in that gap. But we are in the process of getting a new golden puppy, so puppy requests are welcome as well!
About: I only host 1–2 dogs at a time, so your dog gets a calm, low-stress stay—not a crowded environment like other daycare or boarding facilities/Rover homes. Hi! I’ve had 15 years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog from puppyhood through his senior years, so I truly understand the patience, attention, and love dogs need at every stage of life. I now offer care on Rover and treat every dog as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I love spending time with your pets. I enjoy outdoor so I like walking the dogs outside as well. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible daily. Looking for a safe, comfortable place for your dog while you’re busy or away? 🐾 I offer both dog boarding and daycare in a spacious, home-based environment where your pup can play, relax, and feel at ease. With personalized care, plenty playtime, and lots of attention, your precious is treated like family. Whether it’s for the day or an extended stay, your furry friend will be in a clean, secure, and loving space. 🐶 Message me to learn more or book your dog’s spot!
“The peace of mind Amanda brought to our whole family during an overseas trip cannot be overstated. We have a special needs kitty and we came home to a happy, energetic cat that never seemed to skip a beat. She routinely sent us photos and notes on her visit. She left our house clean and organized… easing the return. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and we will surely lock in with her during our next holiday!!! So very thankful for her caring spirit….”

About: I have taken classes in dog behaviors and how they act when they might need a particular action done. I have a NAPPS certification, which is National Association of Professional Pet Sitters that is earned for all small animals, both including dogs and cats. I have had my own very young puppy, so I know how to handle and train them in a gentle manner that they will respond to. I have tons of experience in senior dogs and cats, so I am patient to more slow animals or paying attention to them more and making sure they have what they need. I have an extremely open schedule and can stay over for longer periods of time than most people. I am free almost every single day for hours on end, so finding when I can come over is no trouble. I’m easy to schedule if I need to house sit, and am extremely responsible and willing to stay overnight when needed. I love taking care of animals in their own homes, knowing they’ll feel the most comfortable surrounded by their familiar surroundings. The only thing I care about is that your furry companions are safe and cared for in a way that they don’t feel out of place or missing the love they got before you left them in my care.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, and animals have always been a big part of my life. I’m currently a live-in nanny, and I also care for the family’s dogs. When their owners are away, the dogs stay with me and even sleep in my room so they feel safe and comfortable. I currently work part-time as a live-in nanny, which allows me some flexibility for pet care. However, I do have a busy schedule with regular dog-walking clients, so availability can vary. Please message me first to confirm scheduling before booking. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your needs if I have an open time slot. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment for every pet in my care. I carefully follow each dog’s routine, feeding instructions, and any special requirements provided by the owner.

“Elise gave great regular updates while she checked in on my cat while I was gone. Her questions and info gave me the confidence to not have to worry while away, and I returned home to a happy cat and tidy food and litter areas. I'll definitely look to book Elise again next time.”

“Byamba was so helpful and flexible when we had to change our schedule last minute and request a different time, and include a new medication our dog needed. Our two dogs enjoy him and he is a skilled Rover. I highly recommend him.”

“Jessi did a great job looking after our cat! She followed our cat’s routine very closely and provided details of each visit. She even helped us fix our indoor ring camera that came unplugged. I would absolutely recommend her for looking after your pets.”

“Teodora took such wonderful care of our dogs! She sent us pictures of our babies to show us what a good time they were having. We will definitely have Teodora take care of our dogs again.”
About: hello, my name is Julian. I'm a college student working as a veterinarian assistant. I have had dogs in my home since the day that I was born, and I'm never someone who passes up saying hi to one on the street. my experience makes me especially well suited to handle your dog's medical needs. I've experienced taking care of dogs old, young, big, or small. I just so happen to be a fan of them all. If you're not sure if I can provide a service, please ask! I have plenty of time throughout the day to check in on your animals or hang out with them as needed. Especially for animals who have special needs / with special requests, your family member takes priority. just like I would value your pet as my own family member, and care for them as such, I would treat your home with the same respect. I know very well how messy some animals can get, especially when their parents aren't home. So I would be more than happy to make sure your home's sanctityis preserved while you're away.
“Christina was wonderful. Highly recommend her services. She was on time, followed all instructions, and eased the anxiety of leaving our dogs. We will definitely use her again.”

About: I provide constant care and very flexible hours! I have lived with my best friend Lucky which I have raised since he was 3 weeks old. He has lived with me for the last 10 years and I hope I gave him the love he deserves as much as I received from him. I don't know many tricks and skills, but I am fairly knowledgeable with potty training and walking. I don't offer many extra skills to go along with taking care of your pals, but I do make sure they are watched constantly and walked properly. I will try to show them an amazing time! I work full time at home so I can keep a consistent schedule! Walks and potty breaks are no problem for me as well as feeding! I like to keep a close watch to make sure their needs are met. I will try to walk often so that the dogs aren't sitting bored at home!

“Aislyn was wonderful with our puppy Scout. She was super responsive, on-time, and provided great pictures and write-ups of our visit. That was especially important to us as Scout is our first puppy and we were nervous about leaving her home alone for the first time. Scout always looked so happy in the pictures and when we came home from work!”

About: I may not have a pet of my own, but I'm always surrounded by them—nearly all of my family and friends have pets, and I’ve spent years helping care for them. On top of that, recently, I just finished a 3 week long internship at “Playful Pack” which is a daycare and boarding service for dogs. With friends and family, whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just keeping them company, I’ve been the go-to person when they need an extra hand. I'm currently in the process of looking for a part-time job for this summer, but aside from that, I'm basically free all day, every day. That means I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care on a daily basis, whether it’s walking, feeding, grooming, or just spending quality time with the pet. When caring for pets, my main concerns is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a client’s home, I will always follow their specific instructions regarding feeding, walking, medication, and routine. I will also give plenty of attention, playtime, and affection to keep pets happy and relaxed while their owners are away.
McLean pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kayly was a fantastic sitter for our cat while we were out of town!! She was so nice in our messages and sent us plenty of photos of our cat and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. She also was very communicative throughout the service and responded to all of our messages very quickly. We’d recommend Kayly to anyone who is looking for a caring and communicative pet sitter!

We feel so lucky to have Phoebe as Smokey’s sitter for years! She consistently takes such wonderful care of our cat, and it gives us complete peace of mind whenever we’re away. You can tell Phoebe genuinely loves animals. Smokey absolutely adores her and is always so happy and comfortable in her care. Phoebe is reliable, attentive, and always keeps us updated, which we really appreciate. It is clear Smokey isn’t just being looked after - she is being cared for and truly loved. We couldn’t ask for a better sitter and highly recommend Phoebe to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust!

Amber is amazing. She took exceptional care of our three maine coon cats, including our elderly cat who required medication. They received lots of love and attention while we were away and her pictures and visit reports were wonderful. I highly recommend Amber.

Manrong went above and beyond in caring for and feeding Moonbeam our cat while we were out of town for a few days. She was very thorough in cleaning out dishes, refilling fresh water, mealtimes, playtime, and did her utmost to open/close shades and maintain a great home environment every time she stopped by to take care of MB. She also gained MB’s trust each day. She was punctual, communicative, and asked questions/ shared updates frequently. She gave us so much of peace of mind! I would recommend her as one of the best petsitter’s we have come across!

Nina and Amax took wonderful care of my dog, Winter. From the start they were responsive, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs. They kept me updated and made sure Winter was comfortable and well cared for while I was away. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring sitters, and I would happily book with them again.
