The purrfect cat sitter for you
Cat sitter here looking to offer my services. With almost 13 years of experience (with companies) and about 20 years working for myself. I would love to care for your fluffy felines. I also have experience with small pets (most, some are a hard pass for me). So if you have been putting off that vacation you want to take for fear of leaving your fish, ferret, or bird without proper care, I could be your gal. I provide standard 30 minute visits, but can do longer visits if required on occasion. I do provide overnight care when requested, provided my work schedule allows and it is not too far away. I can administer meds and fluids, too, and am patient and calm with anxious cats. I’m fairly flexible, but am not always available for morning care, as that is when I am typically at the coffee shop. A bit about me: I am in my 40s with 2 fabulous senior cats of my own. I work part time at a coffee shop in Falls Church and enjoy “making people’s days” with that perfect sip. I’m quick to learn, follow care instructions well, and am an excellent communicator. Your kitty or hedgehog will be cared for as if they were my own. You can count on daily updates along with photos and videos. I have a fledgling business (cat care and small pets) that I would like to grow so as to be working for myself and not for other companies. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I do book up quickly for summer care and major holidays.

I have 3 cats of my own, and have had various small pets in the past. Professionally, I have been taking care of people’s pets for over 10 years. Mostly cats, but occasionally small pets like fish and birds. I have worked for other companies, helped to run one pre pandemic, and now it’s just me. No company. I primarily do individual 30 minute visits with the occasional overnight service. Not many people request overnight services for their cats, but I can do them. Cats don’t do well being boarded, it’s just how they are. Also, some cat moms feel more comfortable having someone stay with their cat(s) that has/have health problems or separation anxiety. I can also provide 30 minute individual visits for small pets like fish, birds, frogs, etc. The service I provide includes bringing in mail/packages, alternating blinds and lights, and light plant watering.

Nina is amazing! We feel she is like part of the family, but most importantly, our cats feel this way. She is thorough, thoughtful, and incredibly communicative. She has the perfect touch with each of our cats, who have wildly different personalities. We trust her implicitly and are so glad we found her through Rover!
Nina is the absolute best with our kitty Cobweb and is a respectful sitter in our home! We have rebooked her twice now and had her watch our girl while we were away for our wedding and honeymoon. Absolutely the right choice for your cat(s)!
Nina went above and beyond for our kitty this last trip when our access keypad ran out of batteries, waiting more than 30 extra minutes before she could get in touch with me for alternate access, and also came back to our house after she had already left. She didn't have to do any of that but we really appreciate it!

Programa
I work part time at a coffee shop 3-4 days a week. I am available when not at work for your cats and your small pets. I almost never go out of town, so you can count on me.
