About: I have three trained dogs of all sizes and ages (a 8yr old cocker, a 14 yr old lab, and a 7 month old st. bernard). My furry babies are friendly with children and other dogs. We frequently explore the McFarland dog park so let me know if you feel comfortable with bringing your pup along! Otherwise I have a good sized, fenced in backyard for the animals to stretch, run and play. I am a special education teacher for elementary aged students. Over summer months I focus my time and energy on my kiddos and dogs. We love the outdoors! I will have plenty of flexibility and time to work around your pups' toileting and exercise schedule. Willing and able to follow your individualized needs for your fur baby. I am very present (especially during summer months when I am not teaching) so can make sure your pup is getting all the love and attention they deserve.

About: I have had cats for more than half of my life and dog-sat for around the same amount of time. I used to dog sit two huskies all the time, had a dog of my own for a short time, and have experience dog sitting for labs as well! I have even taken care of a bearded dragon and snake on multiple occasions. Rover does not list animals other than cats and dogs directly but I am happy to arrange care for another animal as well, including exotic animals, for a fee that can be discussed. I am volunteering at the humane society and am very involved in caring for animals as much as I have time for. I am excited and ready to care for any and all pets that need it and will stick to specific details given. I won't hesitate to ask questions about the care of your pets when I have them to make sure your pet gets the utmost care and love while you're away or busy, and id yoy have plants that need watering, say the word and I'll do that too! I am currently full time in senior year of high-school and volunteering for two hours a week on the weekends, but I graduate in a month and will have all the time in the world to pet sit! I follow every instruction for food, water, walk, and treats and ask questions if I am unsure of something. I tend to stay longer than needed for check in visits just to give pets some company if I have the time. Unless pets are not very social, they will get all kinds of attention, and if they have any anxiety or behavioral differences I will be very careful and act however is best for them. I am very sure to be on time for visits and will be very specific to follow instructions for walking or being taken outside.

About: As a lifelong dog owner, I understand how much happiness our furry friends bring to our lives. My first rescue pup was a golden retriever mix named Luna, the sweetest dog who stole hearts everywhere she went. I currently have a Rottweiler who loves romping in the yard and excels at snuggling. It would be my pleasure to care for your dog while you are away. Long walks, playtime, and endless snuggles are services I can provide. I am comfortable with large breeds. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, bunnies, and more! I’ve administered medications and eye drops, cared for elderly pets, and provided therapy support when needed. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I’m comfortable with animals big and small. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11, have helped out friends and family and coworkers on long vacations; and, eventually, I adopted and trained a dog of my own from Fetch (local foster rescue here in Madison!). I love dogs deeply, and I love walks almost as much! I’ve worked long hours most of my student and adult life, so I understand how important it is to have someone that cares for your pet as much as you while you’re away. Whether it’s work, family/friends, sabbatical/vacation, or a break for solo time, I get how important the routine and schedule is for your pet. Or to have someone you trust step up for a brief period of time while you’re busy. Whether they need snuggles, long walks, or even runs, I’d be overjoyed to take care of your loved one. Their world is only as big as we make it, so it’s a privilege to help expand theirs with lots to sniff and see! I’m currently not working while I focus on my health and family, so I am able to help with your midday, or evening, walks M-F. In your home, I can pop in and out for the walk: I have plenty of poop bags and treats to spare so no need to provide those. I do ask for a leash and/or harness to be provided as these are specific to each dog, and I want them to have the best fit.

About: I have experience watching family members’ dogs. I particularly enjoy taking them for a walk or jogs. I have experience with dogs of all ages. My favorite breed is golden retrievers. I currently work full time Monday through Friday. I have availability early mornings, evenings and weekends. I am flexible during these times depending what is needed. I am very observant in paying attention to how cats and dogs are doing without their owner, such as eating, drinking and going to the bathroom. Pets tend to warm up quickly to me.
