About: I have been working with dogs for over 4 years, including basic training, walking, brushing, and giving them love! I have worked in shelters with dogs of all ages and sizes, and would be honored to be trusted with your loved little one. I am currently part time, so I would love to attend to your pet after my schedule. I can do drop-ins and check ups in the evenings for the weekdays and my schedule would be more available for the weekend. I would love to check-in with your furry friend at your home. I am comfortable with free-roam or crating your pet, as well as walking, allowing yard time, feeding etc.
About: My 14 year old Emmett loves animals, and wants to be a zoologist. While Emmett is not old enough to use this site or do this work alone, we thought it would be a great summer opportunity for us. Since I will always be there you will get double the love and attention for your family member. We will care for them just like our own little one Tucker. We are available for drop in care and for walks. I work from home so if you live close by it will be easy to arrange a schedule that works for everyone. We will be doing drop in care since our own little pup isn’t very fond of strangers. We are happy to work with you to find a routine that works: play, meds, crate, gates, walks, etc. I know that each dog is different so our care will vary.
“Toni went above and beyond! Not only did she take superior care of our little cavapoo, Bailey, she brought our garbage cans in from the curb and offered to check in on Bailey one more time if we were running late. Excellent care and service!!”

“Carley is a delight and such a wonderful sitter! Incredibly sweet and a natural with animals, I had no worry at all leaving my pups in her care. Regular check-ins and photo updates throughout the weekend. I highly recommend Carley and will definitely try to book her again.”

About: I have had dogs and cats while growing up and I currently work at a dog boarding facility where I work with dogs or cats with all different kinds of personalities and needs! I am looking to provide house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking! Depending on the day, I usually have full availability and keep my calendar updated. During the months of June and July, I babysit half days so I am looking to do drop-ins or dog walks either in the morning or afternoon! During August, I will be available during weekends and in September, I start online college so I will be available most days! In my home, I currently take care of my 3 cats. I play with them whenever I get the chance. At my work, I take care of dogs and cats and always make sure they are getting activities in during the day!
“Isabel is extremely reliable and patient with our new puppy. She comes over when she says she’ll come, and she takes lots of pictures and notes during her visit, which we really appreciate. About: I have had experience watching dogs since I was 12. My neighbors often have me walk their dogs when they are unable, and about a year ago I started watching my family and friend’s dogs when they are out of town. I currently work part-time and I don’t have school during the summer so I am free most week days. I am also available on various weekends depending on my other job’s schedule. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
