About: I worked 8 years, almost 9, and The Dog Hut LLC. I've helped care for dogs as young as 2 months and dogs well into their senior years. I'm happy to give medication to any dogs that need it and make sure they get extra cuddles and someone to "talk to". I am also very open to more than just dogs. I worked for 4 years at the Dane County Humane Society caring for Guinee Pigs, rats, and a non venomous snake. I am currently between jobs so any day works well for me. I'm happy to come late morning and well into the night to feed, water, and play with your pets who need that. Or just lend a happy presence, for the cats and cat-like pets who just need a simple hello. At my home I do not have a fully fenced in yard but am within walking distance of a few paths so even if your dog will be on leash they will get a wonderful walk in. Bringing their own toys and comfort items will be needed as I only have a cat currently. Also your dog must be cat friendly or will need to have a kennel brought with them should they be staying. I am okay staying over at my client's place should the need arise, can give medication and will give them all the playtime and snuggle breaks they need. I will be wary of weather changes so I can give them quick breaks outside and make sure they still can get energy out should it be an inside kind of day.
About: I have loved and cared for animals of all kinds since I was five years old. Currently, I am a proud pet parent to three dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. I contacted Lorelei and she got back to me right away as I was in a panic the night before work. She was able to help watch Beau while I worked long hours. About: Growing up, I adored the family cat and dog, and was responsible for their care throughout my teen years. Cuddles and Fidget were a bonded pair who lived long, happy lives and passed within months of each other in 2020 while I was in lockdown abroad (I’m so not over it). As an adult renter, circumstances have not yet allowed me to have a dog or cat of my own. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and have experience in oral med administration with both cats and dogs. I have a soft spot for the big dogs (they're lap-sized if you commit!) and am currently training for a half marathon, so getting good long walks or jogs in will be built into my day! I work remotely, so keeping your pretty company through the day is no problem! I start my mornings early work a run or walk so your dog will definitely get his steps in. As I'm in your home, your instructions are paramount. You know your pet better than anyone, and I am happy to keep their normal routines in place. I like getting to know each animal and their unique personality, and while I *love* giving snuggles and pets, I understand some pets prefer their space.
About: I have 10 pets in my current home. I have experience with a very large dog, a puppy, a spunky as well as medically needy cat and other animals. I take pride in good care and prioritizing the animals needs. I take about 2 classes a day but am free anytime in between, before or after! I’m very flexible and can work with you and your pets needs. Animals have feelings and needs, just like humans, and they should be treated with the upmost care. I provide that with every animal I look after.

I loved receiving videos, beautiful photos and updates on a daily basis and it gave me so much peace of mind and showed me that Hazel was well taken care of and was enjoying her stay.
