My repeat fur families become very much like my own fur fam, and I would be honored to join yours :) Policies & Promises: (*) Please note any additional house sitting needs beyond caring for your fur baby would be additional surcharge(s), which I am happy to customize accordingly :) In the past, this has included taking out the trash cans and recycling bins, dusting, checking mail regularly/receiving large packages/requiring signature, and watering plants. I ensure that your house is left just as you had left it, which includes but not limited to cleaning any used dishes/glassware and maintaining overall cleanliness as you can expect 5-star guest experience from my 8 years on Airbnb as well. (1a) It is strongly preferred if a Meet and Greet is scheduled prior to the stay so we can review routine, supplies, house rules etc and connect in general further. Historically, I just have done Meet and Greets after the booking is confirmed due to paw parents' preference and I understand their limited availability especially before a trip, but I am happy to arrange for a 20-min complimentary Meet and Greet prior to confirming the booking, especially if your fur baby needs to check me out themselves first and I get their sniff/lick of approval :) (1b) The Meet and Greet need not always happen though, and I have been very appreciative of paw parents who leave a detailed guide/instructions/house manual for me if we were unable to happen to make a pre-visit happen. A phone call prior to the stay can be helpful as well for review of relatively simple fur baby needs and minor house rules. (2a) Please also note that while my Rover rates are usually as listed based on my years of experience and depth of expertise with various fur family's arrangements and needs, I am happy to discuss what may be a more affordable rate for you and see if we would still be a good mutual fit. (2b) I also do my best to maintain my Rover calendar availability, but please also feel free to discuss with me any dates you would like me to consider for your needs, and I am also very amenable to adjusting my rate for extended stays (4+ nights). (3) Please also note that given my commitment to 5-star quality care, I am only able to accept House Sittings for up to two pets max. I have cared for mixed households as well with dog and cat siblings alike and still love the dynamic duos :) Essentially, I am open to accommodating as much as able, as I understand every family's situation and needs are different. Most of all, it is my top priority that you feel assured about the care your fur baby is going to receive, especially in the comfort of your/their own home. About: I have experience with animals as small as cats to as big as cows! I love animals of all types and my first priority is always the pets safety and comfort! In my 14 years of pet sitting I’ve stayed overnight, done drop ins, and walked animals on a regular basis. I have experience with farm animals from a farm animal sanctuary I worked with for two years. About: I have always had a love for dogs, ever since I was a little girl. I grew up with a family dog who lived until 17, where I learned how to properly care for, distribute medications, and walk and feed her in her senior years. Now a days, I have three rescue dogs of my own; a small terrier mix named Georgia, another terrier mix named Snoopy, and pittie boxer mix named Tiki. I have raised Georgia since she was 1, and Tiki and Snoopy since they were 8-weeks-old. This has provided me great knowledge in dealing with puppies, large breeds such as pitties and boxers, and of course, smaller breeds as well. I’m also well versed in both reactive dogs, and timid ones. I work remotely going into the office 2-3 times a week. I am very active; running and walking every day. My runs include my bigger pup, Tiki, and Georgia enjoys the more casual strolls. I can offer walks depending on schedules throughout the week, as well as flexibility on weekends. No matter whether it's a check in, a walk, or boarding, I will ensure your pup is as comfortable as can be when it's away from you!
