About: I have had dogs in my family and have taken care of them since I was 4. And I will care for your pet like my own. I'm home from college for the summer and I am flexible and available to help take care of your pet. I don't have many obligations so this will be my top priority. I have a Chocolate Lab named Tella (short for Nutella), she is a reactive dog so I understand how to keep your pet safe. I will make sure to clean up any messes and communicate with you well to ensure you feel confident.

About: Hello there! My name is Sunghye, and I've been a dog lover my entire life. For over 20 years, I've had the joy of raising and caring for dogs, and my passion for them has only grown stronger. As a full-time homemaker, I'm able to provide constant, loving care. Your dog won't be left feeling lonely or bored—they'll be a part of my daily routine, getting plenty of attention and cuddles. I believe that walks should be fun and fulfilling for a dog. Instead of just a quick stroll, I make sure they get a real "sniff walk," letting them take their time and explore all the interesting scents around them. It's a great way for them to relax and engage their minds. Over the years, my experience has taught me to be very observant. I'm always looking out for a dog's comfort and well-being, which is a responsibility I take very seriously. My goal is to make sure your dog is not just watched, but truly cared for with a warm heart. I can't wait to meet your furry family member and give them a wonderful, stress-free time. As a housewife, my day is centered around the home, allowing me to provide constant, undivided attention. I can fit myself to the dog's routine , with multiple walks, plenty of playtime in the yard, and frequent cuddle sessions. In my home, I prioritize safety and comfort for all pets. I have pet safety gates installed on the stairs and in the backyard to ensure a secure environment for dogs to roam and play safely. I make sure they are never left unattended in open areas, and I tailor their care based on their individual needs and routines. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always follow feeding, walking, and medication instructions carefully and provide plenty of love, playtime, and attention to make them feel at home

About: I have experience with various breeds, behaviors, and ages of dogs. I have been trained on handling anxiety, fear aggression, puppies, and senior dogs. I am attuned to dogs' needs and can provide enrichment, discipline, cuddles, or whatever the individual dog needs. I have years of experience pet sitting. Trust, compassion, and safety are my priorities when handling pets, and I am grateful to have established trusting & loving relationships with all dogs I have crossed paths with. My job is hybrid, so I am home 2 days of the week and weekends. On work from home days, I am very flexible with my schedule. I have a terrier rescue dog of my own, and my husband & I take him on 3 walks a day--around 8am, 3pm, and 10pm. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are my priority, and I am flexible with the needs of your pet. My husband & I are very attentive to our dog and would provide that same compassion and flexibility to your pet. I can walk, feed, & administer medicine at whichever times work best for your dog. It is important to me that I keep your dog's routine as intact as possible to help them feel at ease.

About: With experience caring for rescue dogs and large breeds, I offer compassionate attention, reliable routines, and lots of love, keeping pets comfortable, happy, and safe. I work remotely, so I can spend plenty of quality time with pets every day such as feeding, walking, playing, and showering them with love and attention. I treat every pet like part of my family, keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy. I follow their routines, provide supervision, and create a calm, loving environment in their home.

“Sky sat for our pup during a weekend away. She did a fantastic job keeping us updated with photos, which was a big relief as this was our first time leaving him with someone who wasn’t family. He got plenty of exercise, and she was great with following detailed instructions for feeding and potty breaks. Absolutely would have her sit for us again!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life, and have experience housesitting for homes with up to 6 different pets with different medical and custom food needs. I just relocated from Oregon and I’m looking forward to meeting cute pets in the Seattle area! I work in the afternoon-early evening most days, so I’m around for pet care all morning and able to spend the night for home stays when needed. I am comfortable walking, feeding, and playing with your pets at your home! I currently don’t have a set-up for pet care at my own house, but I’m happy to do check-ins and visits.

About: I've had cats since I was a kid; have been a lifeline canine lover, but have been caring for them professionally for the last two and a half years. When engaging with a new client I spend time getting to know the pet with the owner present to understand any special requirements, nuances, or behaviors. Generally flexible with pet care based on the the animal's needs. I usually will take dogs with me on errands or to dog friendly spaces depending on each dog's behavior patterns. Typically I do not plan on spending 24/7 in the house/space with the pet especially if there are behavior issues. I believe respect and communication are critical when entering customer's homes and caring for their pets. If there are any issues with the home or animal; I will generally reach out earlier than later as well as providing regular if not daily updates on the home and pets.

Tori B.Star Sitter

“Very reliable and has been understanding about our renovation schedule and navigating around contractors to walk our beloved dog. Thank you, Tori!”

Sunghye Y.
“Sunghye is kind and responsible person who enjoys being around animals, especially four legged friends. She joined Rover out of passion for pups, not to as a job or a side gig. She is very responsible and take all the preventive measures to make sure your pups are safe when they are with her. More importantly, your pup will have a new friend.”

Melinda S.Star Sitter
“Melinda and Steven are great with our dogs Bodie and Max. Bodie is a tree walking coon hound and Max is a 16 year old Cheeweenie. I have observed them both being concientious when taking Bodie out for a walk. He is a bit too handle, but they make sure that they have his harness on correctly and treats awaiting to distract him from whatever he sees. With Max, they take great care in carrying him up the stairs and then blocking the stairway so he does not fall. They are very responsible and make a great team caring for our pups! As a matter of fact, they will be caring for both of them for three weeks come this spring. When our doggies are with Steven and Melinda, I never worry.”

“Mike is extremely reliable, capable, and trustworthy. He took excellent care of our two ~60 lb pups while we were traveling for about a week. Both pups were cared for and entertained while we were away. I would eagerly recommend him to anyone.”

Joanne N.Star Sitter

“Joanne was a great walker for our dog! She’s a great communicator and was very thoughtful with trying to get our dog to drink water before she left.”

Natalie L.

“Natalie was awesome once again. She took great care of Waldo even when he was being difficult during walks. She has a great, natural touch with dogs. Will book her again!”

Grant S.

“Grant is great at communicating and is reliable. My dog loved him!”

Maria L.

“Maria is reliable for weekly walking of our dog, so appreciated!”

Carter C.

“Carter is great with my active border collie! He goes above and beyond, and I can tell how happy he makes my dog. Communication and pictures are also top notch!”

Keenan S.
“Keenan is an extremely thoughtful, trustworthy and responsible person. I’ve known him for a couple of decades now and have seen him become the animal lover that he is today. I think that pet caregiving really comes down to a specific kind of trust and there’s no other person that I know who fits that quality more than Keenan. He simply has a genuine and caring interest in the wellbeing of animals.”

Ruby P.
“I can vouch for Ruby as a loving and responsible pet caregiver. She has been walking packs of dogs for over 5 years and also owns two dogs named Chino and Norah who are very spoiled. It’s safe to say she understands what it takes to responsibly take care of pets. I currently have a puppy named Katara. She's a working breed dog, a Doberman. Taking care of her is no easy task. With my job my shifts are 24 hours, so when I’m at work Katara spends that time with Ruby. Ruby meets all of Katara's needs and goes above and beyond as a caregiver. I can confidently recommend Ruby to any of my friends when asked for a dog sitter.”

Gus S.
“Hello, I have known Gus from our neighborhood dog park for a few years now and feel that he would be a great fit within Rover. He's great with dogs!”

holly p.
“I would HIGHLY recommended Holly to everyone. She has been working with my dog Claddagh for over a month now and has been incredibly patient with my rescue pup. Claddagh can be very hesitant with people and Holly was more than willing to do a meet and greet and goes at Claddagh's pace. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, and reliable. I know that Claddagh is in great and safe hands when Holly walks her. Additionally, on the few times I had schedule changes come up, Holly was very flexible, kind, respectable, and easy to work with.”

Amy S.

“Amy gave our dog fantastic care! Extremely communicative and thoughtful. She genuinely cared for our dog and he loved her immediately. Absolutely recommend Amy to anyone with a dog at home. I know August will be looking forward to his next visit with her :)”
