“Hachi enjoyed his stay so much with Mochi and his family. Sherry has been very considering and patient with Hachi given Hachi tended to be naughty sometimes. They also offered healthy snacks to the two and they liked it so much! They shared photos when they walked Hachi and a couple of times during the day for their play time. They are also responsive to our messages and never let us worry about Hachi.”

He likes being someplace he feels safe and that he can just hang out and have his own quiet time if he wants it. He needs someone that can understand how he communicates. All dogs have a way of talking through body and facial expression and behavior and Paula, just get its. She gets dogs. But more importantly watching dogs is not just something she does to get paid, she honestly loves dogs a ton and it shows. To see that Ted was not as tired as has been after other visits to other sitters, tells me that he was not stressed the whole time I was away from him. I love that Paula loved him and I love that I can trust her with his precious little heart. Thanks Paula!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I've cared for dogs with medical challenges and disabilities and my own dog, Harold, is paralyzed in his rear end. Your dogs will be a part of our family for the time they stay with me. I work mostly from home but may go to the office a few days a week for a few hours. I run in the morning, if your dog is athletic they will come with, or go out for a mellow walk in the morning. I live in a quiet neighborhood behind a park where the dogs can run and walk. I care for dogs in my home. The house has a fenced back yard and we can take trips to dog parks, if your dog is into that. I have two dogs (a lab and a chihuahua mix) so your dog will have dog buddies to play with.

It was obvious when we picked up Pippa that she had had a wonderful time with Julie and her son, particularly with all the exercise she enjoyed exploring Castro Street and running around Eagle Park! I am especially grateful to Julie for being gracious and accommodating when we needed to request an extra night at the last minute. We will definitely be reaching out to Julie again next time we need a sitter for Pippa, and I know that Pippa will be very excited when that time comes :)”
