She made sure he didnt learn new habits like joining the other visitors on her furniture. Loved her huge property and even bigger heart as she also cares for retired & blind horses. “Joan was AMAZING with my diabetic cat. There are no words to describe how nice she was to me and my baby. It's been a very stressful beginning to what may be a long journey with diabetes. She put my mind at ease and I was comforted with her experience on handling the necessary insulin shots that he needed. She was also kind enough to stay with my cat on a night when he was having a hard time. She went above and beyond with making him feel at home. I can't thank her enough. They gave them lots of playtime as well as breaks/rest, asked good questions, and shared photos & videos. Nicole has a large fenced-in yard that my dogs loved tearing around in. Their family also were able to help on short notice when I had a family emergency out-of-state, which made a huge difference. Thank you SO much for caring for my pups!”
“I was nervous the first time I used Rover but from my first meeting with Lindsey she put me at ease. My dog Finn loved her on sight and one of my. 2 cats came right up to her. Finn went to her house to stay for 4 nights and Lindsey came daily to take care of the kitties. She even brought in the mail while we were gone. Ashley was wonderful with Lulu during our 6 night trip. She had great communication, sent daily photo updates, followed all of our care requests, and made us feel completely comfortable boarding our pup while we were away. Lulu was happy and well cared for when we picked her up, and Ashley even packed up all of her gear for pickup, which was so thoughtful. We would absolutely book with her again!
