Hi! I’m a huge animal lover and a veterinary technician at BluePearl Pet Hospital. Caring for animals is both my career and my passion, so your pet will be in experienced and loving hands. I have two dogs of my own. Toby is my sweet 9-year-old basset mix who is a tripod. He’s the king of belly rubs and spends most of his day happily napping. Luna is my 4-year-old doodle who has the opposite personality—she loves to play, run around, and dig in the backyard. Both dogs are very friendly and used to being around other animals. I do have children in my house - two boys. They will not be assisting with care but they do love animals and will be happy to give snuggles and pets! Because of my veterinary background, I’m comfortable caring for pets with medical needs. I can administer medications, including eye drops, insulin injections, fluids, and can check blood glucose levels when needed. I’m happy to help with pets who need a little extra care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re here—just like part of the family. A big perk of staying with me is while I can still an active veterinary technician at Blue Pearl pet hospital, my husband is always home if I am not. Your pet will never be left alone more than an hour for a quick errand. I only work two days shifts a week, so I’m around quite often.
